- This 10-minute Outdoor Yoga routine allows you to practice yoga outdoors in any weather. It is also a perfect warm-up before running, swimming or doing any other outdoor activity. Standing yoga poses only, no hands on the ground, no mat is required!
We focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, and stretching out any stiffness throughout the body to feel more relaxed and balanced.
