I've been really suffering at the hands of my depression lately, this morning was the first time I did this little routine and already I am just so excited to go about my day ~
I used to be afraid of physical strain, getting hot and sweating as I became older but realize my mind is strongest when I do. Hope everything is going well for you two years later and I wish you a 100 more years of happiness!
These are challenging stretches! The plank takes are strength to hold. My arms have always been the weakest part of my body, so that was challenging for me. I only did the first two stretches. I had already worked out and couldn't keep up. Will try this again as a warm up for my workout.
I've been doing this for about 1 year now. The weeks that's I upkeep doing it in the morning I am so much more awake and happy. And it's perfect for a hectic work schedule like I have. I also live on the upper floor of an apartment and this is very convenient for making little noise. Thank you I love this

I used to think that NOT EATING AT ALL is the FASTEST and most effective way to lose weight. Hell, it has never been effective because I always go back to eating vigorously because I feel deprived.Your videos made me switch to thinking that the word diet and wellness is not a short-term goal but must be adopted as part of our system. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Your videos made such difference in my lifestyle.
Girl, I owe you a lot! I did this morning stretching every day in the last 3 months. Not only that it helped me to start the day with a positive vibe, but it corrected my back posture. If you are spending your whole day sitting on a chair, I truly recommend to do this workout in every morning. You will see a difference .
I have been doing this most days I have to get up early and I have really seen the difference in my morning energy levels. One of my favourite parts of my morning routine for sure :D

It wakes me up, gets my blood circulating, and energizes me. From this routine I gain my power and motivation to write, do bigger workouts, or just start my day. It's been three months of watching this video every morning, now I input the routine into my interval app so it's more efficient to get in and out of it. But I do miss seeing and hearing Joanna. This video is free to watch, but it's probably one of the most valuable things I found on the internet. Thank you for making this. Thank you for changing my life. Thank you Joanna!
It was a bit tough at first but doable for me bc it's just for a short time. And five minutes are great to incorporate in my morning. Really liked this video.
This is only day 3 and this workout does amazing benefits to my energy level. I forgot to do it yesterday morning, but at the time when I would usually be getting a cup of coffee I did this video. Woke me right up. This is the best you can get in less than 7 minutes. I feel like I’ve had a workout during my 15 minute break and I’ve about 7 minutes to spare!
I loved this morning stretch. On day two now & plan on continuing! Its important to me to feel a through stretch & even a nice little warm up to begin my day &/or when I immediately move forward into your 30 day challenge, belly & butt burner. I have tried this workout 3 years back and now started again. Cause it is really great at first you realize how much you need a strength and day by day you'll get that strength. The satisfaction part is in a short period of time you'll do this exercise very easily 🙂
I used to do this to build up my workout routine 5 years ago. Recently we gave birth to my son and I lost my daily morning exercise habit. So here I am again, starting here each day until I can rebuild the habit.

Thanks - Many mornings, I have shoulders that aren't sore, but it seems like they just aren't really "awake" yet for several hours, if that makes any sense. This immediately gets the blood flowing, and it's great! My back and shoulders usually aren't draggy for the rest of the day. Thanks.

I love the kick boxing work outs and the total body work outs! But I also love the challenging ones that include working on the legs and abs!
