    She's plays it off as if she's a little ditzy, but that girl's IQ is secretly sky high. Running the logistics of that business is one hell of a challenge. It's a moving company, a furniture manufacturer, a design studio, and real estate agent all in one. On top of that, she has all the latest trends memorized every month, plus the ability to visualize and realize it in an extremely short time frame. Also, she's selling home made furniture and printed art to the rich for hundreds of thousands. And she can shmooze.

      likely comes from wealth to have a monumental startup cost. this isnt a buisness you can just start. no seller would be willing to pay to furnish a property unless its worth a certain amount. the capital needed to even begin decking out a relatively simple home is expensive enough let alone super luxury apartments. shes obviously doing very well for herself but yeah you need to be rich to start this buisness or have some form of investment.

We just decided that quitting is not an option so we kept pushing no matter how difficult it got. Also, I believe in God so many times complete trust in him was what carried me through. We made mistakes, fixed them, made mistakes again and so on. You always have to work on yourself and always improve. HP DesignJet Z6610 60in Production Printer, ofc the ink and canvas are additional costs.

    • @RacingPepe
      @RacingPepe 5 лет назад +16

      Yea the printer isn't that ginormous. Maybe compared to your home A4 sheet printer but it's really not crazy if you stand next to it. Our studio had an Epson for €11.000.
      Generally with tools like this, it's not the initial purchase that will drain your wallet. It's the maintenance, the ink, the paper rolls. Printers like these can be used for years and will pay themselves back easily.
      It's like a car in a way. You could buy an occasion car for €11.000 as well but in its lifetime, you will spend at least that amount in maintenance, gas, repairs, cleaning, taxes, insurance, check-ups etc.

      Moving into a new home is stressful, everyone knows that. The planning, organization, grunt work of actually picking, buying, transporting furniture.... it’s easy to think about it but then try doing it. Now imagine having to “move into a new home” ten times a month. All with different style of furniture and decor and art and flowers and accessories to match each specific home to cater to a specific clientele. It’s not as easy as you’re thinking.

      Given the high tech staff and artisans she employs she would need to stage at least 3 a month to command the salary worth her expertise.
      And it's wonderful there are affluent people able to provide those artisans with a means to practice their craft.

    I can't believe that the owner of a big house like this, make the daughters share a little room that look more like a housekeeper's room.
    My housekeeper's daughter have a bigger room that only belong to her.

      Cheap furniture? Pretty sure it costs 0.5 to 1 percent of the retail value of the house, that's 140000 dollars in just furniture.

      It's not meant to be practical-it's meant to show off _how much money you have._ I would guess you'd mostly live in a few of those rooms, and the rest would be for showing off. =3

      Dude each couch has a separate end table. And this isn’t meant to be practical since, it’s designed to make the apartment seem larger. The practical part comes in when it gets bought and the owner actually, idk lives in it?
      People seems to be forgetting that her staging is for the apartment to be sold, then it will get changed and personalized by the owner. This isn’t permanent.
