- Ranking every Call of duty multiplayer from worst to best. The cod community always has strong opinions when content creators rank anything, so I thought to myself why not have the community do the ranking instead! With that in mind I made a call of duty multiplayer tournament where I made 32 polls where each one had 2 cod multiplayers face off to have a winner and these polls ended up having over half a million votes! This means the sample size is large enough to make this video pretty accurate to entire community’s feelings about multiplayers. And with all the results compiled together this is every call of duty multiplayer ranked worst to best.

For Black Ops 2, you forgot to mention how it was the game that also sky-rocketed quickscoping to point of actually being viable in COD Esports, which amazed a lot of people.

I cannot diggest the fact that mw2 2022 ended up higher than advanced warfare and infinite warfare... Sometimes I cannot help but think that this community gets what it deserves from Activision

BO4 Blackout is underrated and honestly the best battle royale there has been. I didnt really like the Zombies in BO4 but MP and Blackout absolutely slapped
If Cold War had a better score streak system and released with more content, I think the multiplayer would have been perfection. Cold War is a really good combination of classic cod, and a little bit of the mw19 stuff.

@@gamemasteroffun one of the biggest issues was the bugs on launch, the initial lack of content, and the score streak system. The maps were good, the guns were good, the updates and patches were good, the game modes were good too. It's the only modern cod where any playstyle is viable.
I cut back playing BOCW multiplayer mode because it felt very average. It is boring at the same time because there isn’t anything fun about it!
One thing to add BO3 had amazing gunplay, weapons felt great
Fr every single AR and SMG was good. Same goes for bo2. Best weapon selections by far
If bo3's supply drop system was removed, and specialist weapons removed although I dont mind them, it could easily be top 2 best cod
But the game was dogshit, cause of the Casino they had called "Lootboxes".

The custom emblems were hilarious. Found a youtube tutorial to make an anime booty close-up. Changed 2 pieces to make it look like she has poop stains on her bubble butt. Got a solid laugh from most lobbies

I was pleasantly surprised to see it win a couple polls. I think people may finally be starting to appreciate it as the last call of duty with the old prestige system, pick 10 classes, and no strict SBMM.

Black ops 2 overall won the tournament. It sits at every mode and overall #1 except for zombies which sits at 2nd place. Imo Black ops 2 is a masterpiece best Call of duty ever!
Black ops was done perfectly! And BO1 had similar finishes in the tournaments as well 2nd for multiplayer and campaign, then 3rd for zombies! Finished 1 spot behind BO2 every time

Infinity Ward is an awful company post 2011. They don't care about the community (Unlike Sledgehammer) yet people diss on Sledgehammer for "copy and pasting" MW2. I don't know what people expected. They're not going to just create an entirely different game. And even then they're already doing better than MW2 but people shit on them just because
Infinity ward just doesn’t seem as passionate about making games as the old devs for IW. And yeah sledgehammer basically took mw2022 and fixed most of the things wrong with it to make mw3. So, I’m not mad about that!

Not only did MW3 introduce point streaks, a much more simplified, and better version of score streaks. But point streaks where bound to your class. You could run the UAV + CUAV combo with on your dome class, and get better range whilst staying of the radar and not worry about your deaths. Meanwhile you could opt for something more lethal on your campy class when the situation/map depended on it. The average player wont get a 7, 11 and 13 point streak on shipment for, but they can do so if they "strategically hold down" the B dom on hardhat for example. Still don't get why we dropped this feature.
Black ops 2 is the goat game. Its up there with halos 2 and 3. Bfs 3 and 4. That game was the chefs kiss of call of duty. Swarm is the goat kill streak. Not to mention hopping on hijacked or raid and hearing the best loading screen music ever created.

To me vanguard sits at #15. #16 is mw2 2022. And even though I hated ghosts multiplayer, it had a silver lining the DLC maps where amazing. It did separate themselves from having this call of duty identity therefore it was fun to play unfortunately it sits at #14 or 13

People are crazy. Anyone who hates on Advanced warfare, infinite warfare or black ops three has a frontal lobe problem. Can’t comprehend the brands evolution of a serious mechanic. The movement system. Since ghost the movement has never been the same. The games are sped up the maps are a little larger. Completely changes the entire game for the better. Mw3 movement is perfect. Yes aw bo3 and IW was all too fast and too crazy but what those games did that changed cod is worth it.
Advanced warfare was fun
I think one of the reasons bo3 was really good that you didn’t mention was level 1000 max prestige and the dark matter camo grind both of these things being first done by bo3 even though previous games had diamond camos for classes of weapons there wasn’t a camo if you got diamond on every weapon class in the game and it was easily one of the best camos even when you include dlc camos
Level 1000 added tons of replayability past master prestige and if you saw a level 1000 you were impressed
Never played PvP multiplayer in Ghosts but Squads is so slept on. Being able to build an AI team and take them into matches with you against other player's teams or just seeing how they rock it in the Wargames playlist is still fun to this day. The 3 CoD's I still play regularly are BO2, Ghosts, and MW3.
Bo4 and IW are overhated even tho u stated that...I'm saying it again. They could each go up a little

I remember this one match in bo3 where I popped off in nuketown where I would wallrun and faint and trick players into thinking I would continue wallrunning and pulling off stuff like this made realize how smooth and versatile bo3 is
I personally think MW3/BO2 are interchangeable in pure MP experience. That is when COD youtube was on a meteoric rise/ honestly it’s peak. I don’t think COD youtube will get back to what it was then unless another good COD comes out.

I agree with a lot of your opinions. Especially IW. I also think WW2 is the most underrated cod ever made. I understand why the community hated it, but I personally loved the ww2 vibe with things like the divisions, the HQ (and 1v1 pit), war, and we saw the elo system revived in ranked play. So underrated.
Best and most unbiased list I’ve seen on multiplayers

Ww2 was very good eight months after release. Sadly everyone had abandoned it already
I feel like the b02 multiplayer class setup system truly allowed you to play to the fullest of your potential. For me, i rarely, if ever, switched to my secondary, so getting rid of it in favor of a perk or extra attachments seemed perfect. Additionally, allowing you to pick more than 3 perks allowe player to play to their true potential, in my opinion.
Vanguard shipment is where real men are made (seriously i didnt even know that many explosions were possible)

I got my first nuke (old MW2) on Wasteland with an MG4 of all ugly weapons.
And then the next lobby was wasteland again where i got another nuke. so back to back.
That was the only two nukes I ever got in a legit lobby with randoms.
Bo2 is simply GOATED. Great gunplay, prestige system, create a class system, etc. It was closest to perfection for a cod game (safe for the non stop quickscopering, though sniping itself with the DSR and iron sight Ballista was HUGE fun).

I could be the one misremembering, but I swear to you when bo1 came out so many people were still playing mw2 because it got rid of a lot of the fun mechanics from the previous game. Like added idle sway on guns, atrocious hit detection, movement felt clunky and floaty, ghost being insanely OP, cod points essentially being too important because you had to keep if you actually wanted to unlock a gun at said level instead of just unlocking the gun, no nuke kill streak, nearly everyone using the famas/galil or 74u, etc
Advanced Warfare was sweet, I’m all for advanced movement coming back, added a much needed skill gap.
Mw 2019 is actually an a tier multiplayer its only flaw are the maps, but it still has good ones like hackney yard and khandori hideout(your vids are awesome but I love mw 2019 as well

First nuke: I joined a hacked TDM lobby on Favela. Used the striker. Chopper gunner did insane work. It was glorious. The whole lobby thought it was me that was why it was hacked 😂
My first nuke ever was on derail camping with the spas 12 at the 1st floor of the main building 😂😂😂

It was a flawless marathon sniping nuke in free for all on afghan, I used the nuke at 29 kills, allowing me to win 36-1 (thanks to the nuke for the extra amount of kills , but hate that it killed me too 😅)

Champion Hill alone, is my reason Multiplayer is great. It's genuinely such a fun gamemode that nobody talks about and sometimes I just redcownload it simply to play Champion Hill or just play a PM with some guys on my discord that wanna play it more historically accurate (Without attachments unless they make sense)

4:86 yes. Sledgehammer and treyarch are both willing to listin to the community like weve seen with mw3 and cold war. iw has just gone off of what the devs think the player wants.
Vanguard had some of the best maps, crazy its in at 15. Hotel, range, house, eagles nest and the huge navy ship are flawlessly designed. BO1 is still my favourite though. Glad to see the community giving B01 and 2 their props. Id go B01, B02, Vanguard then MW2 personally.
Mw2 brought me back to cod after not playing it since b04.
I like MW22, but Infinite Warfare deserved way higher placement. People just hated on it because it was sci-fi and disliking the trailer on RUclips was a trend
Personally I love modern warfare 2 2022, but it's not because it has the bestvgameplay or to piss anyone off, I love this game because it's the first Cod that I bought and played.

maybe it all came with war zone, but the fact that maps became so interactive kinda killed it for people that don't have hours to spend playing. Basically how it was in mw3 and bo2, where there were no opening doors or there weren't an infinity of places to camp and get killed from. From the newer ones, definitely CW is the absolute best. They brought back that arcade-like feeling of playing COD
I can't believe how low AW is. The multiplayer was so good, it was fast paced and didn't allow players to camp because of all the features that were added (jetpack, wall sliding etc.). AW also has amazing maps ! (my love for Combine will never fail)
Now on MW3, it's all about campers on every freaking maps, which is so insanely annoying.
after black ops 1 and 2, i stopped playing for several years, so disappointed with BO3 with all that flying/walking walls things.

Mw19 the only game where people complained about both movement and camping💀, you slide cancel and bunny hop, “your too op” you sit in a corner and camp ”your a rat” that game was just a giant skill issue for most people, take out sbmmm and battle pass its a top tier cod, not to mention the amazing graphics
Calling the Infinity Ward developers bad is fucking crazy cause literally Sledgehammer and Treyarch used the innovations that mw19 brought.
As much as I hated Cold War every other treyarch games multiplayer was pretty fun. And Sledgehammer gets slept on alot
