    I like how expressive the instructor is. These have helped somewhat with my chronic leg nightly cramps. Over time I'm hoping they'll help even more.

      A calcium and magnesium supplement with vitamin D should help you with the muscle cramps. These minerals help with normal muscle function.

      @@kfairy8138 Thanks. My levels are generally good, so augmenting with targeted exercises seems a good approach!
