what primer are you talking about?...paint/PVA???
Can peel and stick vinyl planks be put over hardwood flooring?
It is possible if the hardwood is made very smooth and flat and free of dirt and grease but as always it's best to refer to the installation instructions of the specific flooring you are using.
(The Stepper self adhesive flooring is an old product that we no longer sell.)

too muck work and money , and all those rental equipment back to Laminated again I guess..
The adhesive flooring must be really cheap and not sticky at all to follow all these steps.
Utterly ridiculous. You dont need to prime before laying down leveler.
dezz nutz exactly what I thought, what’s the point of priming then putting leveling compound then pruning on top of that
