2.25 lbs pork loin
1 green onion
2 medium size white onion
4 potatoes
3 tbsp pork lard or butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
dash of rosemary
Gravy
1 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lard or butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp herb de provence or ( mixture of rosemary, marjoram, thyme, oregano )
