- I still can't believe I had to come to Aruba to discover this food!
Today we arrive Aruba, my plan is to go around the Caribbean island and eat all the traditional food I can. Really enjoyed the mix of spicy and sweet flavors of their cuisine.

240g corn meal/milo meal
1tbsp baking powder
4tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 eggs
240ml whole milk
590ml warm water
Batter should be thick like waffle batter
Cook them like u would pancakes

The 'Pan Bati' that you enjoyed translates to 'Whisked Bread' and its main ingredient is grinded sorghum grains together with milk, egg, sugar, salt and vanilla. Maybe you can look up the recipe and bring it home with you. Glad you enjoyed our island🇦🇼

Not true......pan bati is a mix of wHite Flour and yellow flouR sUgar salT....water . A bit Of mIlk Pinch baking powderBake iT on a casuela and then ......
