I heard good things about both places but our go to is Barefoot… if you decide to go talk to Nikki, he is the manager and I am sure he will take care of you and the kids..
Oh NO, they discovered our secret...food tastes better when your toes are in the sand. Next time you're on the Palm Beach strip area, check out Willem's Dutch Pancakes. In the afternoon and evenings they serve up gourmet burgers. To DIE FOR!

@PerpatowithNV I will be staying at the Riu . I have stayed at other Riu's on paradise Island in the Bahamas a few times. Not as large as Aruba, but equally beautiful.
We stayed at the Riu” and have videos on both. I will have updated videos on the Riu palace and the Riu Antillas coming out in the next few months…. We love the Antillas! You are going to have a fantastic time!

Some of these places are on our list to get to on our next trip to Aruba.. I have heard very good things about Madame Janette’s. Have you been to these restaurants?

The food truck is always by that gas station. I put the map on the video but you can also Google it and visit them on Facebook..
Salt & Peppers tapas are just fabulous. Another great place is Smokey Joes. But the best place is Chalet Swisse. Been going to Aruba for 27 yrs. and we hit these places every year. Nice job N&V, looking forward to your other videos.

why no aruban food? sushi... pizza.. you can get those everywhere.

what was the cost like at barefoot restaurant?
The prices vary from around $12-18 for appetizers and mains between $25-$40 depending on what you want to get.. the prices are very fair for the quality and the location.. Barefoot is a place we visit on every trip to Aruba
noticed you paying cash at the BBQ Express. Do you have to pay with cash of can a credit card be used?
I did pay cash but they take credit cards as well… almost everyone pays with cards in Aruba… thanks for watching and make sure to check out our other Aruba videos..

We ordered 2 of the large 3 meat boxes, paid around $40 USD… great value for the amount of food.. and was very tasty, we highly recommend the chicken and pork chop!

On this trip to Aruba we stayed at the Embassy suites and the Holiday inn as well…
