You should read the book "Beauty Sickness". It definitely makes me feel more comfortable being in my natural and bare-faced state, something I stuggled with before reading it. And Regina, you are bloody beautiful. I can't stop admiring your unique features like dimples and curved nose. MashAllah!

Okay that intro by sis 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣….no one keeps you more humbled than siblings, they troll the HELL out of you 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😂😂😂. And yes, body standards are not as relaxed in Asian countries compared to UK. When I went back to Malaysia, I definitely got the “you gained weight” to my face by relatives🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️. It sucks, but all I could do is just accept that I did, which is natural, given that I was living away from home and during a pandemic, no less. And ironically I feel that girls in UK also uphold themselves to a certain level of beauty, but a different kind than in Asia.
