I've been watching alot of videos this boat would be ideal . for something like this are you talking 60k to 70k I don't want to know the correct price but are we talking higher or lower from the price given.

I have an estate agent valuation on my home Monday, first of several, I am now determined to sell my home for a narrowboat life. Lots of things to consider. I know your boat is well looked after and would be a great liveaboard for me alone. It's all a matter of timing now, and selling the house.
Been wondering what happened to you pair.
Cracking looking boat, seems like a steal at that price - I've seen 40k boats with bugger all inside.
