Justin, I'm an old man. I used to watch Duane Allman play live when the Allman brothers were just starting out. You are going to be another Duane Allman. You got the touch of one of the greats. Keep going son. I love your videos. I wish you luck. Just never drive a motor cycle!

Justin Johnson ESPECIALLY the motorcycle thing. Working on an ambulance, we called them 'murdercycles'!! And don't fly on anything smaller than a 747, unless it's like a G-5 or something, heh heh heh!!! You're gonna be real big, young man!!!

Ridiculously amazing. Everything you want from a delta blues guitar is right here, you don't need to look any further. Inspiring.

stick to cars dude, this isn't hard stuff. when he starts writing original blues tunes with feeling and emotion in them then he's done it, until then he's just taking peoples money for novelty crap like oilcan guitars and shovel slide bass/guitar things. he's just ripping off black dudes like all the other white guys have mostly.
a band like Clutch is writing blues music and playing shows to people, reaching them musically. this guy is impressing car dudes who can't play an instrument. big difference lol
this guy can play music, get back to me when he writes some songs. in another video he had like 5 wristbands on, 10 rings, long girly hair and a thin ass frame trying to impersonate Stevie lol. can't really fake the blues when you've never worked hard, never suffered. can this dude even overhead press an empty olympic bar? bench his own bodyweight? Stevie was a beast cuz he lived life, he didn't just rip off/emulate people like this guy
all you faggots being wowed by this guys novelty crap are just paying for him to smoke dope in a "gypsy van" let's be honest here.
      he can fingerpick well lol

I want to go back to the early years of my life and come back as you Justin! I've been hacking at the guitar off and on for almost 50 years and still can't play much. My life has kinda fallen apart in my older age and I realize I really have never done anything particularly well. Now at my lowest most desperate time in my life, I'd love to just be able to sit in the dark with my friend the guitar and get lost in some good rhythm. But no matter how hard I've tried, I just can't convince my guitar to play and talk to me! You are crazy cool, Mr. Johnson! God bless you!

Wow, Justin. I love the sound of this unique instrument, but, of course, without you and your skill and talent, it would just a guitar. I truly enjoy listening to you play and admire your humility. I’m Southern and the blues sounds like home to me. So, thank you for entertaining me daily. Much love and success to you. Keep on playing and growing and learning (and teaching) new things. I’m not flirting - I’m being maternal. I’m a 73 yr old grandmother from South Carolina and all my daddy’s family made music for their country neighbors and played instruments, mostly bluegrass back then. so i can’t imagine a world without music.

I made a coffin shaped 3 string guitar. I made a beautiful single pickup solid body electric with a Fender scale and Gibson pickup and bridge. I made a tenor ukulele. I built a Telecaster from a kit. I have played guitar for 50 years and only in the past year (retired) have I really understood guitars and other stringed instruments. They can be made from almost anything. Justin, I have been inspired.
