RECIPES:
Snickerdoodles:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
splash of vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
sugar + cinnamon to roll them in.
Bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes
Vegan Nutella Cookies (the brand I use is Nutiva):
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup vegan Nutella or homemade chocolate hazelnut butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
handful of non-dairy chocolate chips
bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes.
Salted Chocolate Pretzel:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
splash of vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
handful chocolate chips
handful crushed pretzels
(optional small handful oats)
bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes.

But yeah, vegan diet is unhealthy, eating rotting flesh filled with antibiotics is ealthier.

xgenesys lol being vegan doesn't mean you only eat vegetables and fruit. I'm vegan and have being for about 3 weeks and it's amazing I've lost weight and my skin cleaner and my acne has come down. Lol yesterday I had sushi without meat. There are no restrictions you just see it that way.

Couldn't agree more! Plus, the recipes are actually achievable and so many of the ingredients are familiar to what you'd have in your kitchen as a non-vegan so makes for a smooth transition.
I get ads are annoying, for me too but stop getting so offended, she puts a lot of effort in her videos and she helps a lot of people, you can't get pissed if she wants some money in return, nobody is making us watch if we don't like it anyway

I love this so much. Minimal dishes to wash up, minimal mess to clean up afterwards, no mixer needed - just a bowl and a spoon. Plus, they're vegan and look delicious. Definitely going to try these!

These are great recipes! Perfect when you're craving some cookies! Love that they are vegan :)
I just made the snicker doodle recipe and it is amazing. I used 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of oil instead of the butter or coconut oil and it came out delicious. My only complaint is that it is a little too sweet,so i recommend using 3/4 cup of sugar instead of the full 1 cup. Great recipe either way!
I like the hack of mixing the dry ingredients on top and then stirring into the wet ingredients!

+Dat Swan, technically you shouldn't wear jewellery while cooking mostly.
In this case, with rolling your cookie dough, that's metal touching up food that's to go in your body, plus rings getting dirty with dough.
(I guess you can risk it if you're only cooking for yourself or at home though).
I'm guessing when this youtuber really gets into a baking frenzy, she probably isn't wearing any rings. xD

You can replace half a cup of vegan butter for one third cup of vegetable oil or canola oil.
1/2 cup of coconut oil is too much and just not exactly equivalent to something like margarine or that vegan butter thingy

My snickerdoodles just got out of the oven and they're so good! The recipe also works great with coconut oil if you don't have vegan butter
How many coconut oil did you use?
Was it brown sugar or cane sygar in the snickerdoodles batter?
I live in the tropics and our coconut oil is in liquid form. Will it still work?
Wouldn’t the coconut oil be more liquid than the butter ? Would I get the right consistency of the batter with coconut oil?

Made the vegan Nutella ones ...turns out I don't have Nutella so used chocolate pb2 instead. They're currently baking . Can't wait to eat some with some almond milk 😍 thank you for these recipes !!

okay. this is an honest review about these cookies, and if you feel like making these, i suggest you read this.
i was skeptical as a new vegan, thinking that there's no possible way for a cookie to taste amazing without eggs or dairy.
i was very wrong.
when i made the snickerdoodles, they were amazing. my whole family (who are not vegan) devoured them, and said that they were the best snickerdoodles they've ever had. the only alteration i made was to replace the vanilla with maple syrup. amazing.

charly1234 maybe they don't have the ingredients to keep it vegan? i'm not vegan and can definitely say that i don't keep vegan butter and vegan milk in my house and same goes to loads of my other non vegan friends

Unicorn Pee she said or coconut oil, so.... I think it's a better idea to keep things cruelty free. I mean you're purposely adding cruelty into your food, when vegan alternatives taste better, are better for you and the animals. Why not make it healthier for you and the environment?

Your channel is too addicting! Btw are you sure coconut oil can be subbed for butter 1:1? In my experience it can make the cookie too runny and oily. Do you recommend melting the oil and then measuring it?
I haven't found it makes them oily, and I usually use it at room temp. What kind of flour do you normally use? :) If we use different kinds maybe mine absorbs moisture a bit more?
I just use normal all-purpose flour. Maybe it's because I melt it beforehand? Or maybe it was me being unlucky with recipes I tried! I'll have to give it another shot with your recipes! Btw you looked wonderful with your makeup & outfit look in this vid :-)

Those actually aren't snickerdoodles. Snickerdoodles have cream of tartar and no vanilla. Those are just sugar cookies rolled in cinnamon sugar.
oh thanks for clarifying! I actually didn't know that :). I guess the non-vegan recipe I saw left out the cream of tartar too! learn something new every day ahaha

I like your videos a lot and find them helpful/informative, but the ads are incredibly irritating. One video here and there with items related to your content? Cool. Every video with incredibly random products that you have to shoehorn in? No thank you. I end up skipping over them (or click away entirely), which I'm sure a lot of people do, and I can't imagine what that does to your watch time stats. I understand you have bills to pay, and this is likely your main source of income, but my advice would be to take a step back from sponsorships now and again so that your viewers feel less used.
