you are literally the most relaxed and calm person I have ever seen and it's SUCH a nice change. I love how everything is just a suggestion rather than an order and you make everything look SOOO yummy. I have an issue with healthy eating but your channel always makes me want to run to the store and buy fresh fruits and veggies and binge out on them (instead of chips). I do love the cookie recipes though, i'l have to try them out!
I love breakfast cookies! Thank you for the recipes!:) For those who don't have applesauce, it's super easy to make yours. Peel 3 apples, remove the core, and cook it with a few pinches of cinnamon and 120 ml (~1/2 cup) of water until tender than put it in the food processer or if you like it chunkier, a potato masher or a fork will do. :)
00:22 PB & chocolate oatmeal cookies 1:51 Blueberry almond breakfast cookies 4:08 Classic chocolate chip cookies Thank you for these recipes. I would try to make these :) I already made the classic ones but with gluten free flour. So for the gluten free ones, I had to lower the temperature a bit and it took a little bit longer to bake.
Hi Sadia! I thought I would share with you (and other people) the recipe I'm sooo obsessed these days. It's really quick & easy to make, it's healthy but most of all it's damn good! It is a vanilla-caramel spread made out of chickpeas. Ingredients: 200 g dry chickpeas, a huge handful of dates, 3 big tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (don't even try to omit this ingredient, it's very important here) Cook chickpeas until they are soft. Soak dates in hot water for about 10 minutes (or more, til they are soft). Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until they're well combined (add some plant based milk if necessary). Enjoy with pancakes, waffles or simply eat it right out of jar. I bet you'll love this one :)
I'm so thankful to have found your channel! As someone who is recovering from an eating disorder I find that watching your videos and trying some of your recipes from time to time inspires me to adopt a healthier mindset and cook outside of my 'safe' foods. Much love from the US 🌻
A little tip for anyone who doesn't want the blueberries to bleed to much, mix them in the almond flour or the oats first, it will cover them in "flour" and they will bleed less! :)
Sadia, that is seriously a simple, easy and healthy recipe! Thank you for the creations and your continued healthy living that projects all positive aspects to living the vegan lifestyle. I always recommend your channel to others.
i've tried the cranberry peanut butter cookies and they are AMAZING! not too sweet, but the cranberries give it the perfect pop. can't wait to try the others! thanks for the wonderful recipes sadia!:-)
I've binged watched all of your videos in one night. You're the most charming, radiant and good-vibey person I've seen in a while, please keep making videos! Soothe us forever PLEASE
I made the blueberry almond cookies 3 times already with double the amount! they are so delicious and filling. my family and I love them so much, we can't get enough ! thank you Sadia ❤ ps. I replaced the blueberries with dried cranberries since we do not have blueberries where I live, still amazing though
Ahhh Sadia, I've got your videos on for background noise at work. Your voice and music and guidance is so soothing. Thank you for all you do and sharing your talents with the world! 5 o'clock can't come fast enough for me to make these cookies!
I LOVE YOUR ACCOUNT SO MUCH! You're so amazingly professional and friendly! You've inspired me to eat healthier and live a minimalist lifestyle. Beautiful recipes, thank you!
Sadia, you make eating healthy so easy with all your recipes, sweet and savory! The bonus is that your videos are so enjoyable to watch. Thank you for inspiring us!
I made the peanut butter chocolate oatmeal cookies last night. These are just great. I had a bunch of overripe bananas and was sick and tired of making banana bread out of them for the umpteenth time. So these were a perfect alternative use for ripe bananas. And they're just the right sweetness. I love that there's not a bunch of added sugar in them, aside from what's in the chocolate chips and craisins. I use dark chocolate and low-sugar craisins so that keeps the sugar to a minimum, too. Thanks for the delicious recipe.
I made the 2nd cookie recipe today. It was yummmm. Thanks to pick up limes and your videos that I religiously watch and rewatch daily, that I am now vegan since 1 month. Your recipes keep me motivated. Thankd Sadia.
You are so creative! I love your channel and videos. As others have said, you inspire people to be their best. Please continue to help all of us be better and healthier
My day cant start without watching her videos. I constantly get a feeling I missed something important and then I watch her video, feeling contentment. I'm a young teacher from Pakistan and you have inspired me so much that I have started making my own jams and sauces. Thankyou Saria for making such wonderful videos.
Unrelated to your topic, but I just love genuine you are. You're not doing this for views or to be trendy. You truly love living a healthy and wholesome lifestyle and sharing it with others
I made the blueberry almond cookies with some variations based on what I had on hand- peanut butter rather than almond butter, 1/8 cup maple syrup and 1/8 cup coconut oil to replace applesauce, oat fiber to replace flax, then I mixed it all up (minus the blueberries and chocolate) in my Vitamix to make the dough. They are really quite good and my kids enjoyed them too! I will be making them often.
I really liked oats and mashed banana cookies, they are so simple to make, but i appreciate also the last type of cookies. Thank you for the recipes !❤❤
I adore this chocolate chip recipe, best indulgent moreish soft cookie recipe I've ever used (and I've made a lot and I'm not even vegan) so thank you!
Hi, I'm from Namibia, a full time mom and entrepreneur. I love my sugar cookies, but after watching your your video I'm truly inspired and most definitely will try it out... blessings
I love this channel so much. Your voice is so calming, especially paired with the music in the background. Also, you're not someone who judges people based on their own diet. You encourage people to take it slow and try to be the healthiest they can be and you don't pressure people into 'saving the animals'. One of the best vegan channels on youtube. You inspired me to make the switch, in a gentle and caring way. Thank you.
Hi Sadia..i am allergic to many foods, specially with gluten and sugar. I love bread. I subscribed to your site and looking forward to more recipes and meal ideas suited for my issues, like arthritis, allergy and asthma. Cheers!
not sure if you've ever done this, but I would LOVE to see a grocery shopping video. Like, how much you buy, where you buy (grocery store, market, etc), how you decide what to buy and stuff like that!!!
Made the peanut butter and chocolate oatmeal cookies and they taste so good. I used raisins instead of cranberries because it was what I had at home. Coconut flakes added such a nice flavor and texture to the cookies. Awesome recipe!!
I"m new at this type of cooking, it is for health reasons, but I am finding that you have truly intrigued my interest in oooking this way. Thank you for making my change so easy. Please continue to share your wealth of knowlege.
I've been making (or trying to) chocolate chips cookies for a while but they never ever spread, even when the dough wasn't really solid, they just always ended up pretty hard and NEVER soft inside, I tried sooo many recipes, vegan and not and it never worked the way I wanted, but for some reason your traditional chocolate chips cookies ended up exactly how I wanted!!! They're heaven and I'm happy I finally found a recipe that works for me and my weird oven.
Oh, I love love love the blueberry-almond breakfast cookies! I make them with cranberries and have already made them three times since you posted the video! They make the perfect snack! :-) Thank you so much for your lovely videos, they are always so very well thought out, filmed and edited. You can really tell how much work and love goes into them. I wish you all the best! P.S. I'm also really looking forward to part three of your meditation videos! I have begun meditating recently (or am trying to) and they have been helpful and motivating. Keep up the great work!! Love from Germany :)
I just made the indulgent cookies and wow they are soooooo good. They might even be the best cookies I've ever made! I subbed the coconut oil with vegan butter, and the brown sugar with coconut sugar. I had them with some rice milk and it was the highlight of my day. So tasty!! Thank you Sadia, for making my transition into veganism easier.
Tried the first one - instead of using peanut butter and chocolate separately, I used chocolate peanut butter. Turned out really well. Budget friendly too. Thanks, Sadia 🥰
Probably because they are used to the processed crap that they forgot what real natrual sweet treats taste like. I used to be one of those people, but slowly I've trained myself to like normal food through eating them consistently
Sabrina Noman No that's not why lmao. Its because they're fucking oatmeal and raisin. Its even worse when you think the cookie is chocolate but ends up being raisin.
Nae Omg, for me it is the opposite! I've actually been disappointed once while biting into a chocolate chip cookie thinking it was an oatmeal and raisin one! Ahaha I love them!
OMG! I discovered your channel yesterday and I cannot stop watching your videos. I love how simple your explanations are and yet so informative. For the first time I don't feel like I am being preached. I could go on and on about all the things that I like about your channel but it will probably be a 5 page essay. I am not a vegan myself and I am not entirely sure if I can be one, but there is so much that I can and want to learn from these videos. I really aim to be that person who wants to read more, stay active, eat healthy, be organised or simply be a morning person and enjoy it and not just do it for the sake of it, but honestly I just struggle with that and how. So keeping my fingers crossed that this will change. All the very best to you and keep up the great work! Cheers.
My dear Sadia, this is the first time I'm commenting on your video (and I've seen quite a fair share of them), but by now I really want you to know that I enjoy your videos very much, you're one of my favourite youtubers and I actually wish I got to know you in person. Plus these cookies look delicious 😍😋 Keep up the good work! Kisses from Slovenia 💕
Hey Sadia! I love your channel! There are days that I am so agitated that I tune in and your voice and tips makes my heart slow down! I still do not have a good relationship with food, but with the time it will get better! 2 months ago I’ve become a vegetarian and it will once turn into veganism, but so far I am enjoying the ride! Many days I eat as a vegan, but there are some others that I ate still as vegetarian. Today I baked the cookies with peanut butter and they are unbelievably good! I loved it! Thanks for sharing and keep it up! You are doing a great job!
So happy right now, i’ve just cooked choc&pb cokkie(instead of choc i used raisins and almonds). It came out perfectly, thank you for these inspirational recipes
baking the chocolate PB one right now! thanks to you I'm transitioning towards a healthier lifestyle. i thought I'll lead my life either trying to give up on sweet treats, or feel guilty eating them. I don't think I can ever go vegan, but I'm definitely making healthier decisions thanks to you
Came across your channel recently and just love it! You give really good tips and watching your videos is helping me to keep going as vegan, so thank you! The only thing I would strongly suggest is that you don't use plastic to wrap cookie by cookie in order to freeze them. Instead you could just freeze them in a tray and once they are frozen you can store them in a container and they won't stick together. Plastic is so bad and we can find many easy options to not use it ;) keep up the good work!
I made the vegan choc chip cookies last night straight after I watched this video. They were the best cookies ever, no one would have guessed they are vegan. This will be my new choc chip cookie recipe from now on. Thank you!
My favourite cookies are gingerbread cookies! I make my own with teff flour, flaxseed, maple syrup, black strap molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and almond milk 😋😋
I‘ve just made a batch of the blueberry almond cookies (with cranberries instead of blueberries 😊) and they are absolutely deliscious!! I love your recipes, thank you so much for your videos!
Lovely, thank you Sadia! Actually the cookies you have made really are my favorite. Oh, I also love Almond Raspberry or Apricot Thumbprint Cookies... ox
My favourite cookie may not be the healthiest cookie but it certainly is delicious it’s a chocolate chip salted caramel cookie its so good you should try it out. Also I have to mention I love your channel
I have already baked some of these cookies. The chocolate chips are amazing! Really loved them. Also shared the link to the recipe in a cooking group and there are many positive comments. I also made the chocolate and oats cookies, chocolate muffins and the banana bread. Thank you so much :)
I LOVE the way you explain everyting so much (like why coconut instead of butter). I'm vegan now for 8 months (jee❤) and i'm learning so much from your videos!
My favorite dessert is a brownie! I have tried loads of healthy substitutions for my brownies from stevia, to avocado, applesauce and even black beans but have failed to find the perfect balance between the ingredients! I would LOVE for you to "veganize" a brownie recipe for us
Pick Up Limes side request: is there any way the recipe can accommodate keto? I am thinking if starting soon and would love some substitution ideas! Thank you 🙌🏼😊
@Sadia, this is genius... I love cookies and was always worried about the high sugar and low nutritional value. But these not only are healthy, but taste much better than store bought ones.. Thanks a ton 😊
I tried making the classic chocolate chip cookies and they were a 10/10. Crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. I topped them with some white chocolate chips and it tasted even better! Really great recipe and highly recommend making.
예솔이 i think you can use an egg for the banana (though it's not vegan) and some Greek yogurt for the peanut butter? i don't know, i'm not an expert, sorry!
📲 Yay! Our Pick Up Limes app is finally here (1-week free trial!): bit.ly/PUL_app 🎉

You're absolutely true!
Although I'm not vegan, I can't resist a good healthy cookie recipe :)
You don't necessarily have to be vegan to eat healthy.
@@MabusCorner exactly :)
María Buttironi but you do need to be a vegan if you’re against animal abuse.
You know what’s so good about vegan cookies?
you can eat the dough raw at ANY point
Hii Pls support my channel by SUBSCRIBE and SHARE for easy and quick recipes 😊
You can if you want to, but its not so good to eat flour raw.
@@rizznummiesbyfairoozmammootty are you comment that on every single comment?!!

I LOVE the way you explain everyting so much (like why coconut instead of butter). I'm vegan now for 8 months (jee❤) and i'm learning so much from your videos!
Oatmeal raisin is my favourite cookie 🍪
Awesome!
The blueberry one looks so yum! Definitely trying that out!
My favorite dessert is a brownie! I have tried loads of healthy substitutions for my brownies from stevia, to avocado, applesauce and even black beans but have failed to find the perfect balance between the ingredients! I would LOVE for you to "veganize" a brownie recipe for us
Oh I am so on it, Stephanie :P
Pick Up Limes side request: is there any way the recipe can accommodate keto? I am thinking if starting soon and would love some substitution ideas! Thank you 🙌🏼😊
Yea please! Love me some brownies!!
Stephanie Rivera that would be heaven
@Sadia, this is genius...
I love cookies and was always worried about the high sugar and low nutritional value.
But these not only are healthy, but taste much better than store bought ones..
Thanks a ton 😊
Love you, Sadia!!
I tried making the classic chocolate chip cookies and they were a 10/10. Crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. I topped them with some white chocolate chips and it tasted even better! Really great recipe and highly recommend making.
you dont cook cookies, you bake them
Nutella cheesecake bars are my favorite :p my potluck go to
I just made them. They are sooooo good!! The coconut oil gives the cookies extra flavor.
Well, looks like I have something to do on Sunday now. 👩🏻🍳🍪
Just baked these cookies, first time making any form of biscuit and they turned out to be so delicious !!! thank you for the wonderful recipes :)
Great recipes 😋 Can you free all of the recipes once cooked? Thank you
Thanks, Natalie - and yes, you sure can! :D
I would really love to see some dinner recipes, possibly one pot or crock pot meals! You have every other meal of the day! :)
what to use instead of bananas and peanut butter ?they aren't available here unfortunately
예솔이 i think you can use an egg for the banana (though it's not vegan) and some Greek yogurt for the peanut butter? i don't know, i'm not an expert, sorry!
Ripe Avocado instead of banana, soy butter for the peanut butter.
+vivian o. aww am gonna give it a try since I'm not vegan!
