In this video I just stretch dough at Dominos. When I'm about finished stretching, my recently hired co-worker tries to stretch dough for the first time after 22 years.

All food served at a Domino's store is cooked thoroughly in a 450-degree oven and is not touched afterward by store personnel before serving to customers. Mixed with constant hand washing, it pretty much eliminates any chance of a bacterial or cross contamination.
