Of course I am very happy to be able to slow my age process ever since I am taking the Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) brand is Vitruvin Nutrition. I think the results might vary from person to person. I will be 75 on my next birthday, but I am still fit as a fiddle, no medical issues. I felt relieved that it's now possible to reverse aging.. I mean, you age but it just becomes a number. You age in a way you're feeling refreshed and healthy. Thanks to these brilliant scientists, especially the work of Dr. Sinclair!

Life expectancy has jumped, mainly because infant survival rates are much higher than they once were. Poor hygiene and nutrition, less advanced medicine and more communicable diseases meant that newborns in Ancient Greece and Rome had a much lower chance of surviving their first few years. But by combatting age-linked illnesses, we can extend our life and live until a hundred and fifty. I too have spent a lot of time confused with the push back to ending death and extending human life. As more people see it as a true option, I hope they’ll move past the fear of death and see it’s all really quite possible! It’s through Dr. Sinclair's podcasts I learned about Vitruvin Anti-Aging Supplements and ever since I am taking this NMN supplement, it radically changed my life.

Honestly, I just don't want to be a wrinkly grey-haired useless woman who can’t remember stuff in my ripe age. If I can get older and be able to sustain my body slowing down aging or even biologically reverse aging to my prime, that is ideal. Obviously, nobody can live forever, but I feel like we can live a lot longer, so why not slow our age rather than age slowing us down? This is why I am constantly taking Dr. Sinclair’s NMN, a NAD booster and indeed a health provider. With NMN Vitruvin Nutrition (500mg) a day every morning with protein drink and Greek yogurt, it has radically changed everything. All sorts of problems have disappeared. Now, age is just a number.

What is suspicious and really disturbs me -- he mentioned eye retina recovery in mice experiments (in a number of interviews) - and in a world! where so many people have no options to recover their eyes - they couldn't push or get it tried on a human?!! (no other options awailable anyways currently and in foreseeable future)...

Here's where it gets confusing - if fasting leads to stress and signals a threat and hence create a defense mechanism i.e sitruin, resveratrol etc., is well noted.
But, if we fast on a regular basis and becomes a habit, doesn't our body gets accustom to it, so that it no longer feels threatened? If so, then over time the fastings will lose its purpose. Can you explain if this is so?

    • @miguelisms
      @miguelisms 3 года назад

anymore stress is the least thing we need nowadays. Fasting fucks up your metabolism. It slows it down. I find from going long periods without eating for me my bowel movements become irregular. I can no longer go 3 times a day.

    I'm in really good health
I do now eat like other people at all
The only real issue that I have is age related macular degeneration which is inherited through my mother.
It's the leading cause of blindness and very very concerning and stressful.
Do you think that there will be something down the line to prevent or stall the effects of age related macular degeneration?

No, I'm sure mice's are happy in this kind of labs. They have happy endings most of the time & I'm sure better life than Insta Pom's, especially some owners are much more selfish and for me & unacceptably treating their animals.
Every day I report one or two Insta Pom owner. Some are in the psychopath behaviours level, which I can't repeat how they are treating their animals here. So mice are in the good hands I'm sure.
      Send my regards.

How funny about white rice. Someone needs to tell the Japanese. Esp. the Okinawans of the 50s. Though purple sweet potatoes were plentiful, rice didn't hurt them any.
I've also tested my glucose after a large bowl of white rice. 113.
So not everyone reacts to it. People should test their glucose after everything in order to find offenders. Wheat Chex will put me at 134.
    Crazy difference.

This man doesn't eat right, he takes high blood pressure meds every single day. He dyes his hair every day and dyes his beard every single day just like my aunt who does not want to show her grays by looks very young looking for her age of 74 years. She has no wrinkles. I have discovered the secret. I do a 6 Day Water only fast every month. I prep for 3 Days before and follow the 6 day water-only fast with 9 days of refeeding. I live a lifestyle without processed foods. I eat mostly plant-based foods and I do not eat pork or beef and little or no meat daily.
