My husband and myself were visiting the Houston area and stopped in their store and showroom for advice. We live about four hours away but thought they were very knowledgeable about the various products from watching the videos on RUclips. We were treated to Dan and Deanna, two warm and welcoming window experts on the sales staff. We were blessed with getting all of their attention and focused knowledge about different qualities of windows. They looked over a quote from a company in our area and gave us inside information on what to ask our sales rep before we make a deposit. They also gave us a referral to a good window company in Dallas. They knew there was no chance of making money from us, but spent over an hour with us anyway. This is a team and a company any sales rep would be blessed to work with. If we lived in their service area, we would be hiring them to replace all of the windows in our home.
