Thanks for all your wisdom. I'm a big fan. I was introduced to your work by my mom. You had actually trained her personally and she got up to HLC 2 and you told her to grow a garden years ago because a garden is something you can control. I will be doing your courses in the near future. She would always tell me Paul Chek knows who I am :)

I was wondering what your thoughts were if my 4 days out of my week I have a jiu Jitsu practice from 6-8 at night and I needed proper nutrition and rest for recovery. Ways to wind down at night and should I eat just a bit so it doesn’t affect sleep? Thanks and much love

Does anyone know where I can find the research on kidney molecules once consumed being sent to your kidney or others of the same

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  2 года назад +2

      Hi,
Look into Royal Lee's research on glandulars. He is the founder of Standard Process Labratories, and there are various books and audio programs with his research in them, and in one of his papers he talks about using radioactive markers to track where a given glandulars (such as consuming adrenal glands) go and shows that whenever you consume organ or gland tissue from another animal, those molecules go to the same organ or gland in your body.
There are other sources as well. I suspect if you email Autumn Smith, Founder of Paleovalley through paleovalley.com and ask if she can suggest relevant research for you, she may help. You can also join the Weston A. Price foundation and the Price-Pottenger foundation and within their libraries, they will have plenty of this kind of information.

HI, if you get the BioGeometry home kit, it will take care of the issue beautifully for you. You can learn all about BioGeometry on my Living 4D with Paul Chek podcast, and I have two episodes on that topic; the first one is with the founder of BioGeometry, Ibrahim Karim and his daughter, Doreya Karim. We dive deep into what BioGeometry is, and how it works, and in the second podcast with Doreya (a genius herself!), we revisit some of the complex aspects of it, simplify, and get into topics not covered in the first podcast on the topic. The first podcast with Ibrahim Karim is the third most listened to podcast of all times out of almost 4 million listens on my podcast, so quite a popular, highly informative, timely topic.

What is then to be said about longer term fasting? Seems as though there is merit to allowing the body to recover from hard work before the burden of digestion. Then, the recovery from digestion before the burden of work. The race to put food in the system doesn't follow common sense.

    • @jasbhabra6843

I agree in a fasted state we have high testosterone levels and training after 18 hours fasted we also have autophagy kicking in nicely.
After hard HIIT training, rope climbs in my garden, body weight. I remain fasted for several hours after and feel great.
Hours later when I enter my feast/ eating stage, I will feel more relaxed and chilled. Much less energy as it takes a lot to digest the food and fats that I like to eat. Ghee, full fat butter, coconut 🥥 oil good fats.
Major problem of the western world is ‘insulin insensitivity’. Linked to many serious conditions high blood 🩸 pressure, Alzheimer’s etc.
Fasting is a great resetter. Our ancestors if they made a kill may not have been able to eat and cook that meal for many hours after some hard exertion and hunting. For me I don’t rush to refuel.
An egg is one of nature’s best miracle fuels too. A few of them a day is recommended.
      All the best Jas 🙏🏾💪🏾

You don’t want autophagy post workout, you want mTor turned on post workout to signal your body to anabolism. You need positive nitrogen balance to build muscle mass. Trying to build muscle without adequate protein levels is like trying to build a house without bricks. Carbohydrates post workout cause an insulin response, insulin pushes nutrients into cells..hence his recommendations.

@@joelantz9524 Hi Joe - agree with all of that and Paul Chek is an amazing soul. Sharing his Kotodama and magic words. Healing wisdom and being a kind spirit.
Really what I was saying is the key is to keep insulin really healthy and tip top. That’s the the hormone that is key is building and using energy within the body.
Millions of years of evolution a few hours are really are not going to matter.
Great to discuss though. All the best Jas
