    Hi Paul and Penny, I would love to help you with your audio for your youtube channel and podcast. In the very beginning of this video and at parts throughout the video the audio is clipping which is causing audio distortion. This could be the result of recording at too high of a gain on the mic input of the audio recorder or uploading to youtube at too high of levels when post processing the video for upload. When recording audio, it is a general rule to record with normal voice at -18db to -12db and excited voice (loudest part) peaking at -6db. This gives you plenty of head room to protect and not clip (distort) the audio. As a result, you will notice that the audio levels are much lower (not as loud as you would like), so in post you would use compression smooth out the soft and loud areas and bring the levels back up to normal broadcast levels. Again, I would love to help. Paul has helped me in so many ways through his teachings and I would love to give back. Thanks for your time and consideration. Ahh ho great spirit! 😀

    22:50 I have heard that most CHEK professionals are not making a great living on the whole, including the top ones. Especially in London. That’s why they have had to get help from Lucy Johnson. It seems for the most part that the health and wellness industry (particularly the alternative) is unfortunately not that lucrative and has poor cash flow. This also applies to energy healers, alternative therapists, etc, etc.

    Hey Paul, how do you feel about protein powder? With whey and pea protein powders, I find they're very good at diminishing soreness and maybe improving body composition, but after a few days of using them I get an overall feeling of anxiety and social isolationism. Could that be caused by excessively high levels of bcaas in my blood, or perhaps excessive amounts of glutamine, throwing off the GABA/glutimate system. Do you have any suggestions how one might get higher levels of protein in their diet, how do you approach that, if you don't mind sharing. Thanks.

      Hey James. He is, he grew up on a farm where he ate lot of beef and they didn't know why he was feeling so sick, and if I remember correctly they reached out to a doc and found out he was allergic to beef. If you've got money to spend you can do blood testing which can give false positives too (depending on tests) but if you don't, you can do it via diet which will take longer. Paul's book "How to eat, move and be healthy" provides a rotation diet and other suggestions to find out which foods you may react too. You can also do an elimination diet as in the book "Paleo Code" by Chris Kresser for example. Thing is, doing it via the diet and with a diary, you can find out a lot more about your body, but really depends on your goals, time and finances which route you should take.

    Hello Paul I had random question. I was searching for new books regarding spirituality and esoteric subjects for next month and came across this concept called hermeticism and a man named Franz Bardon. I know you've researched countless subjects extensively, and was wondering if your familiar with that subject and particular person? I'm always trying to increase my consciousness, relative to my understanding for the time, and grow spiritually for the purpose of spreading love and kindness to others. However I'm not sure if I'm peaking in the wrong rabbit hole so to speak. Great video and info by the way. Thanks for the years of amazing content. I really appreciate your time sir!

      @PaulChekLive  4 года назад +2

      Hello,
      I love Hermeticism, and the principles of Hermes alchemy can be found in an amazing little book called
      The Kybalion: The Definitive Edition
      by William Walker Atkinson and Three Initiates
      If you want an excellent, mind blowing book that integrates science and deep metaphysics/spirituality, the one I recommend as the most important book to read first is "Stalking The Wild Pendulum" by Itzhak Bentov
      Its a very powerful, informative book written by a true master.
      There is no "wrong rabbit hole" is your heart is your compass....there is something to learn everywhere and all-ways....When your heart calls you, and/or you smell truth, follow it!

      It's way more complicated than what is revealed here. The fungal infection is a possibility.... but there is much more involved as to why your experiencing sleep issues. Heavy metal toxicity, parasites, Wi-Fri, chemical toxicity, stress on all levels, fear, and on and on and on into Babylon!!! Higher principalities are at work here, unfortunately. Good luck!

      Hi,
      I've helped many heal sleep apnea by identifying and healing their food intolerance and removing foods they have allergies to. You can follow the advice in my book "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy" in the sections on digestion and the 4-day rotation diet section. If you want to go the faster route, I'd recommend you look into who practices functional medicine near you that can run a blood test on you for this purpose. There are many other factors that can be involved, as John Doe pointed out below, but I find the food issues most common the cause of sleep apnea; there is also a chapter on sleep in my book that I'd recommend you study.

    Are melatonin and ashwagandha okay???

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  4 года назад +3

      Melatonin can put some people into a hibernation state that leaves them feeling half awake once they get out of bed, and can create imbalances in the key ratio of cortisol/DHEA and other hormones, so each person has to test for themselves to see how they respond. Ashwagandha is generally safe for anyone in my experience. I drink the tea regularly.

      Hello,
      Just know that "Real thinking is hard work, that's why most people just rearrange their prejudices and "call it thinking" (David Bohm)....
      Being a leader is tough work; you can always tell who the pioneers are because they have arrows in their backs!
      I have come face to face with this kind of ignorance my whole life, but when you realize that such ignorance is the symptom of people that are brainwashed by corporate ideas, and who are usually seeking "magic bullets", then you just have empathy and compassion for them and trust that their mind is mirroring itself back to them in their bodies, their relationships, and their life...and soon enough...the PainTeacher shows up to let them know exactly what they are creating....pain makes better listeners and students of people, so just be patient and live by example; people don't listen to "talk" but they can't deny "results"....be the result and let your life speak for itself.
      Get yourself into either Chek Exercise Coach/IMS 1, or complete Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 online, and your whole world will change and your tool box will be much bigger and better! If you listen to my current podcast with Greg Schmaus on OCD and mental health, there is a $100 discount offer on HLC 1 online, so take advantage of that!
