    Been going through some kind of overtraining syndrome recently, still going through it but slowly starting to workout again, been a really humbling experience. I know alot of us are always looking for the thrill of pushing ourselves to the limit otherwise we may think we aren't enough, I got to the realization that this is an unhealthy relationship I have with myself, my body and my self image, issues & traumas that are much deeper. I realized how much I missed just releasing my emotions through training and how vulnerable I really was.

    I tried this fasting thing that is all the rage at the moment. While it is good for a few days, clears the gut out etc and resets the diet. Learned the hard way, stopped overdoing it when my finger nails turned a lovely shade of purple. Luckily my hands and me just getting cold from the lack of food, was eating once per day for 2 weeks. Iron deficiency and potassium. But once you eat it gets absorbed far quicker. So yeah, you're right gotta be careful.

    Greetings Master Chek! Many thanks for another great video. I have an unrelated question if you get a moment - loose skin after weight loss. Aside from surgery the only remedy I’ve heard was from the late C Poliquin : Gotu Kola. Have you had any experience with it? The herb or loose skin generally? As always - much love to your and yours sir.

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  3 года назад

      Hi, not for lose skin. One of the best approaches is to buy a Cold Plunge tub; if you listen to any of my current podcasts, there is a discount offering and a code for purchase. Cold Plunges will tighten your connective tissues up and offer many other long term benefits. The Cold Plunge tub I use and recommend in my podcasts is the best by far, and can be converted to a hot tub with the flip of a switch!
      Love and chi,

      Hi,
      My soul has given me two definitions of Love:
      Love is CONSCIOUSNESS become aware of ITSELF.
      Love is the flow of energy and information through empathic and compassionate connection to self and/or other.
      Love and chi,

    Paul can you guide me in the pursuit of intergrating infinite love and compassion with making money? Also how do you conceptualize money ? I am struggling with the realisation that money is being printed and has no inherent value and that people all over the world get enslaved and killed because of this paper. Hopefully you have the time to answer my questions...in any case thanks for all your videos!

    Hello Paul,
    Speaking of athletes, I would love to be one but my nose is clogged up and I have trouble sleeping due to it. I have done fungal/parasite cleanses, have used Metal-Free long term, and eat according to my primal pattern type. I have noticed that my nose will temporarily open up when I both work-in/work-out. How much pumping is required to clean out whatever's clogging my nose?

    • @AA-nx8zy
      @AA-nx8zy 3 года назад +2

      Hey SSG2991, i would love if you would look into the work of Patrick Mckeown. He has studies the breath for the last 30 years and finds strong correlations between dysfunctional breathing and having a clogged nose. There are several decongestion exercises free on youtube as many videos, podcasts and studies all over the internet. Hooe it helps!

    Paul totally off topic. Do you have any tips on getting over fear of abondonment. Because of my fear I have become very needy and insecure and because of this behaviour people keep leaving me. It is becomming a self fulfilling prophecy and it stresses me so much that my body is destroying itself because its not being loved. Much like the monkeys dying in the experiment by Harry Harlow. Would love to hear your perspective on this.

    Paul, I’m a huge fan! Please consider going back to making videos with NO MUSIC! It adds an annoying emotional tension that makes me not want to listen to your amazing advice. Your old videos feel like a classroom, and had a neutral tone. Your videos have changed my life and I don’t know if I would have been able to consistently watch them if they had this playing in the background.
