Great points from a range of areas, thank you for sharing!
I actually use some of the same tools for balance. Here's a couple of things that I personally do:
    - reducing social media to once a week outside of actual business
    - checking e-mail, discord and so only once a day
    - unfollowing everything that isn't currently helpful or a main interest on RUclips and such (keep good resources for later in a file)
    - deactivating almost all push messages and pings and blinking and whatnot on the phone
    - phone offline from ~7:30pm to ~8:00am
    - trying my best to identify and avoid people with which a conversation on specific topics will likely not be particularly fruitful
    - reducing/avoiding things that make me feel bad and therefore more susceptible to the impact of negative and emotionally charged messages out there
    - cleaning up my living space, making room, making it more simple, making it "less", giving away stuff that I don't need, adding color and plants
    - journaling (gratitude, wishes for others, what I love about myself, what good happened today, what I learned today and what I want to do better)
    - drawing and writing (cursive handwriting)
    - connection with good friends
    - silence (just this week I reduced even music because I was having almost no time in the day without some "input")
    - prayer (morning prayer, meal prayer)
    - affirmations
    - nature
    - laughter
Here's my meal prayer which I currently enjoy very much: "Aho Great Spirit! Thank you for the food, the water and the supplements. Dear friends, thanks for becoming one with me. I will try my best to honor this gift, to work on my dreams and goals, to do what I came here to do and to leave this world a better place than I found it. Thanks to everyone that I'm able to enjoy these gifts today (name them...), and thanks Thomas for providing the money, the shopping and the cooking. Aho Great Spirit!"
    Much love and strength,
    Thomas

    Hi Paul,
This was a pleasure to watch.
I'd like to add - i've been a follower of yours for over a decade (i'm 27 now, so I got in early!). I made the commitment to "see what happens" if I became a Christian 2 years ago, as my spiritual attitudes and practices where not working for me at the time.
I've discovered that Christianity, like anything else, is a lived experience. The Bible is much more than stories and proverbs, but a deeply philosophical, historical and intelligently designed text. Nothing is perfect, but it's the best i've seen.
I was also wrong about my perceptions of Christians. One of the fundamental spiritual practices as a Christian is to be a part of a church - be amongst people of all backgrounds. I found this challenging at first as they sometimes acted like the "sheeple". But I soon discovered it was my perceptions which where off, and that they often had remarkable depths of experience to share with me, even if they weren't eating organic food, meditating, or believe in mandatory vaccinations. It's a remarkable to thing to be with a group of people, living in relative harmony, but all disagreeing with each other in some way or another.
I think also it might help to point out a fundamental thing about the Christian worldview - we believe that God made the world, but is NOT the world. So we find evidence of him in his creation, much like you would find evidence of a painters mastery and wisdom in a painting. But the painter is not the painting. It contrasts a commonly help new age perspective that we are "cells in the body of God", and that we can transcend to become closer to or even on the level of "God". Christians hold God in infinite wisdom and reverence.
This also allows for the coming of Jesus Christ (who some Christians believe to be God himself incarnate) to be a much more significant event in history, and one example of a true intervention in human history by the divine. As opposed to just another "enlightened being". It also allows weight to be added to his claim of dying for our sins, or in a sense creating balance and rightness with our creator through his sacrifice. A powerful act of generosity!
But anyhow, i'm not a bible scholar, and there are better people than me to talk to about this. This is just where i've arrived after 2 years as a practicing Christian.
    Regards,
    Tom Leaver

      Hi,
      All faiths are belief systems.
All belief systems produce a "resonant vibration"
All that is created is the product of energy and information; the principles of vibration is that "like attracts like and opposites attract."
Since GOD = SOURCE or UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, all beliefs and acts of worship set up a resonance with SOURCE, and because SOURCE IS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, SOURCE sympathetically resonates with each soul at the level of development that they are at; If you strike a tuning fork tuned to 'C' next to any stringed instrument, it will sympathetically resonate 'C' back to you without anyone touching the instrument.... As we grow and mature spiritually, we come to realize the limitations of any belief system because of the pain and discord or separation from others and life itself being produced, and we naturally want to expand our sphere of awareness. If we are intelligent, we look around us to see who is living with more love and freedom within themselves than we are, and start asking bigger and better questions, and get answers that offer us growth opportunities.
By their fruits, you shall know them....
Never judge a many by the creed he professes, but by the life he leads.
If you understand these truths, then you are in position to "see the fruits produced as the product of any belief system or the lives of the people acting them out...
A study of the history of Christianity, their treatment of women, those with differing beliefs and practices, how they treat the earth, how they engage others with differing viewpoints, and how many Christians are on the boards of major corporations polluting the world and destroying it (Christian programming about the earth, what it is, and why Christians believe we are here based on the Bible), then you will "see the fruits of the programming"....
All Abrahamic religions are "ethnocentric", which means, "My people vs. your people", and ethnocentric religions are the number one cause of war on this planet. That said, there are challenges built into each of the world's major religions, and infighting amongst them all, so they are all like classrooms where we come to learn to manage and work with "polarity". Any religion based on "mind" is polarized. Any religion that believes "God is in one man" worships a man and forgets that "God is not a man"....SOURCE is SOURCE for ALL; Religion that puts God in a single person immediately creates division and polarity because naturally, for other religions, God is either in another being or deity, or, like the Buddhists, they drop the word "God" all together because of all the problems that word creates and they worship "The Great Chain of Being" and have deep empathy and compassion for those caught in heavy polarity....
When we are children psychologically, we need a parent figure to tell us what to do and don't have adequate psychological development or "awareness" to determine when the "commands" we are given are based in love or what is best for all; if our parents hate people of different color or creed, chances are very good we will learn to hate such people before we've ever found out that they are human, have the same needs as we do, and are likely to degrade, fear, and even kill them...But with enough pain comes a quickening of consciousness and that is what is going on in Earth School....progressive awakening to the truth of polarity and that the source of ALL Polarity is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE: therefore, the answer to every prayer is "YES", but we must experience the consequences of our beliefs and actions, and that is exactly how the world got to be the way it is today....
My suggestion is to always be honest with yourself, and keep asking the question any intelligent person asks themselves, which is, "Is It True?" If the answer is "yes", then the next question is, "Is it Absolutely True"...and since nothing we can say is Absolutely true by the simple fact that no word has meaning without its complementary opposite, we awaken to the fact that the closest we can come to the truth is to stand in the middle, between the polarities...and that is Zen, that is Taoism, and the motto that results from living "in the middle" is "Not too much - Not too little"....
      Enjoy your journey,
      Paul Chek

@@PaulChekLive Thank you for your reply Paul, I do not take your words lightly.
I will need to meditate on what all of this means for me, but i'll add one more thing.
As a boy, I adopted your teachings in a very profound way. I still live them day by day through management of my lifestyle. This has reaped great rewards.
However, I was only in my early 20's when I began consuming material in the New Age, starting with the Law of Attraction, and then channelled material where I ended up at the Ra Material. I also used psychedelics to positive and negative effects. Along with these came a lot of fear, uncertainty and the beginning of a downward spiral.
I became very unwell - so unwell I would consider myself a serious case.
What I learned was things aren't always clear or aligned with observable principle, and the lived experience can be deeply unique.
I never started healing until I abandoned your principles - I recall the day things turned was when I allowed myself to eat 2 anzac biscuits for breakfast (lots of gluten and sugar, probably margarine too!) after sleeping in my car and sleeping with a loose woman!
This probably allowed my psyche to unwind just enough to allow my being to begin living again, as opposed to dying.
I am now a healthy and happy young man. I live with hope - an eternal hope of life after death.
Thank you for everything you've given. You've been like a father to me.
      Love,
      Tom

Hi Paul. I am one of your students. Would live to know the author of "The Philosophy of Science ". Went to look for it and found several authors. Loved the quote: "A little bit of nonsense repeated regularly for just 10 years can wipe out 100 years of truth. " really want to use the inverse with my clients as inspiration. I want to have the accurate reference, though. Thanks! ❤ Vickie

But I want to transform it. What would be your advice? I have been following your work for some time. And for me - keeping Latvian language is very important, because it is a big value. Thanks.

      Hi,
Most of the reasons people don't thrive and live in ways that are destructive to themselves and nature is due to their programming; the beliefs they have been "conditioned to believe"; all actions come from choices and all choices are the products of conscious or unconscious beliefs.... Therefore, if you help your people find a "common Dream" that brings them together (what is it that they all want and need?), and then help establish "values" that support that dream, you have step ONE accomplished. Then, if you identify the most important problems/challenges your people face and provide clear education to help them see where their beliefs are producing choices that are not dream affirmative, it will help them wake up to what they "can create for themselves and each other."
If you look at my video titled "Why Kings Kill Your Children", you'll see how I laid the presentation out specifically to show them how "Their Dream" has been railroaded by deception and greed from those controlling the programming in world cultures from the beginning of their lives, and now they are UN-consciously acting that programming out even when it is destroying their lives and the life of the whole planet! The Devil you know is always better than the Devil you don't know; once you know where the Devil is, you can begin the healing process....AWAKENING process...
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek
