But i see that you have dedicated a lot of videos based on each part of the face and if i have to follow all then it becomes a very long routine for me and being a student I need something short like within 10 minutes. So like can you make a video of your routine with all of them combined focused on anti aging, lymphatic drainage, sculptind and countouring, jawline, raised eyebrows , getting rid of droopy eyelids , nose area, smile lines. Like i hope u got what i meant it would be helpful if you combined a full gua sha routine focusing on all of these in a quick 10 minute routine
All you need is the daily the “5 minute Gua sha routine” for all of that and just stay consistent. The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reasons. However, it's important to note that this practice does not "move fat", tighten loose skin or alter your bone structure.
I love love to follow along to this as the finishing steps of my nighttime routine :) literally puts me to sleep like a baby, and iv seen drastic change to my face 🎉🎉🎉 although it is very visually effective, it is also a wonderful way to relax ❤ thank you soo much beautiful

U can leave it overnight of you have dry skin, or wash it off if you are not a big fan of face oil :)
