    1. I have a rose quartz gua sha. Do I need a jade one to help me with my double chin or can I use my rose quartz?
    2. Can I do this and after this my entire face och would you recommend starting with the entire face and ending with this if I want to do both of them?
    3. Should I do it 2 times a day or could I get results from just 1 time a a day too?😅

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  Год назад

      1. Rose quartz
      2. Do your whole face/neck routine and then end with this video :)

The person in this video is young and thin, of course she doesn’t have a double chin! I am 39 and 144lbs. The only thing that will probably help me is losing weight and going to sonobello or get liposuction in my chin area.

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  Год назад

      You can do it downwards as well. Up is often for cosmetic/anti ageing purposes as you work against gravity and downward for drainage purposes. I do drain everything at the end (down) so you do what feels best for you. This is just a simple follow along for people who don't wanna think to much but can be modified to your liking.

      Thank you so much for the video. It was so informative. I have a question though: why do begin with the gua sha going upward? Isn’t the point of lymphatic drainage is to move away from the face? Hope to hear from you. thank you for your fabulous videos.

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 года назад +2

      Working upwards is for anti ageing benefits. While working down is more focused on draining the lymph nodes. Massages are so versatile so do what feels best for you. This is just a suggestion/follow along that works for me, but once you are comfortable with gua sha, you can most likely adjust it to your liking ☺️

    Всем привет, сразу напишу что мой комментарий для тех кто хочет похудеть в лице!
    Я оставлю этот комментарий, под тремя видео, которые действительно помогают мне избавиться от второго подбородка! 1000% могу вас заверить, что эта методика и сам скребок гуаша действительно работают! У меня был просто огромный второй подбородок, что я только не делала и липолитики в салоне колола (отдала около 50000) эффекта ноль. И массажёры разные перепробовала и зарядку (после которой на третий день весь подбородок болел). Вообщем если вы хотите похудеть в лице, делайте это каждый день. Я делаю уже больше недели, и от результата в шоке не только я! Заметно подтянулся подбородок, начались появлятся скулы, появляется прям четкий контур лица. Я в шоке от результатов. Вообщем прям пробуйте, я делаю комплекс из трёх разных видео, результат, просто нет слов

    For years I have been doing face yoga/massage with the fingers and hands. Then I came across your video and you have changed my life. I haven't abandoned what I have been doing as I have seen vast improvement, but I am now a disciple of Gua Sha thanks to you and will be including it in my daily regimen. You demonstrate this so perfectly, so beautifully with your calm, slow pace. It relaxes me to the point I get sleepy. I LOVE IT! Thank you sooooo much !

    Tina, I want to thank you for all your videos demonstrating how to use the gua sha and roller. Your videos are informative and useful all while maintaining an aura of peacefulness and calm. I really appreciate all you have done. I was wondering what that white device that emits a steady stream of steam or diffused air. Is it a diffuser? If you could let me know what it is and where you got it, I would appreciate it! Would love to see gua sha for the body like arms and legs.

      Interesting... Do you get that way when you get a regular massage as well? Always sit down and make sure to be hydrated before and after the sesh but ofc if this continues. Gua sha might not be a good fit for you. Always go with light pressure, you don't need a lot for it to work :)

    So relaxing...I wanted to ask you: I have a 3-pointed gua sha instead of a 2-pointed/heart-shaped one). Should I avoid or modify any movement or is it just the same? Thank you!

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 года назад +7

      I think you can use the 3-point one depending on the size of it. But for your convenience, I would purchase a heart shaped one since it's so versitile and great to use if you are in it for the long run. It doesn't have to be fancy or expensive though! We are all about beauty om a budget here on this channel lol.
