Seek John Chris HAHAHA! nice! 😂
savage 🔥
I would definitely buy this after it gets some updates and the price starts to get reasonable. Was longing for a nice compact phone for ages after Apple and Samsung started the size-up frenzy!
$1500 is crazy
Al mac $1500 is reasonable , if it were around $5000 for a phone then we have a right to complain

It just needs a button that makes the top half automatically flip open
Yes!
This phone looks insanely good and Motorola did a good job of this is anything like what Samsung is planing then I will be happy this phone deserves to have high sales.
This makes a lot more sense then the big foldables, i remember the good ole days when cellphones went from brick to small...to brick again...so this is a neat development.
This is a reboot so many millennials have been waiting for
Yep my dream have come true
This phone is cool but I don't need it
*Gen X
@@christywakeen229 me neither, im still using a Metro PCS galaxy 5 without a back cover and a broken screen.
Literally the reason the older gen has no respect for our generation, because we're dumb enough to spend $1500 on a foldable gimmick made by a company notorious for items that broke. I remember selling these things to stupid "kids".
honestly this somehow brings back memories im almost in tear
Welcome to 2019 where we have a $1500 flip phone
yes and no one to hang up on because who voice calls anymore?
Looks like you've never heard of the Vertu brand. $10k and $20k phone years ago
Ikr. And people say Apple are scammers.
I rather spend 1,500 dollars on a car than a phone

HELLO MOTO
Nostalgia factor gonna be big
Missing moto logo outside when flip is opened
It's nice that different approaches are being tried
Well in the real world: Let me know when, it's not price like as a Mortgage payment...
As far as foldable phone tech has been, this is my favorite application so far.
naw... knowing what Huawei can put out in a phone, far better off to wait for the Mate X if going for a folding anything!
ShadoHHR did you know you can get it from China last week pre order although it sold out immediately and the new round is coming up, check it up
ShadoHHR and no I do not recommend getting any fold other than this since as far as I am concern, at the very least this has some durability compare to both fold which Samsung 2nd screen suck but have better screen than any fold but I mate x is so far best design, the main problem with X is how good their software is. I just feel like Samsung and huawei one is just trying to be the first in the market rather than the first usable one
Forgot apple being “over priced” this new flip phone is 500 dollars more than the iPhone 11 pro !!
And a $500 oppo will smash it in terms of performance
But apple didnt upgrade so much on their phone.after mr.job gone the magic also gone..now its all about size and camera..no much innovations.
@Aditya Singh 😂😂😂
no one's buying this
Matthew w Apple has kinda listen this year with their new phones tho so I doubt it. They like the same price for the non pro and pro as last years xr and xs
My favorite cell phone of all time was my pink RAZR. I'm excited!
I hope in a few years when the technology to make a folding phone isn't as expensive, they sell a cheaper one.
LG ThinQ is the cheapest but it isnt one screen
mightywizard and the robust phone's body that can make it your self defense tool. Still remembers when i used my old nokia 330 to smack a rabid dog and it just doing its job like nothing. Unlike these petunias "craked if handled roughly" phones nowadays.
They will they always do , you just have to wait a bit ..
Patience is virtue

Hope they make a 2nd gen and improve off it. Ive been waiting for the next razr since the old one. Best phone I ever had.
The Razr was my favorite phone growing-up. This is the best foldable phone I've seen! Still too early to know if it's reliable and price needs to be half.
I loved Razr back in the day and the only reason I stopped using them was because my last one died and they weren't available anymore.
I really hope this does well enough that it'll stick around to when foldable screens are less expensive and thus more affordable for those of us who aren't rich.
1:36 its gonna get curved outward with time and the screen will jump at your face like a deck of cards
Great device, I think this phone has some place with the industry it
actually sets apart.
The Icon is back with a bang
Samsung: I do Fold
Motorola: I do Flip
What about IPhone?
Apple:I do Bend
Microsoft left the chat.
Nitin Katiyar microsoft - i do dual screen, ideally sturdier than folds and flips...
@@pandevera2244 which we place in shelf and do not sell to anyone.
About time! Always wondered why Motorola or other companies never thought of a full touchscreen folding phone like the original Razr. I would rather have this than obsolete iPhone or Samsung design. So much practical and cooler!
My old razr was one of the best phones I’ve ever had. And I’m so happy this is back. I want a flip phone. I’m seriously debating leaving iPhone.
blackdragonx715 do it
If you're in the ecosystem, don't!
Imad Ahmad kidwai what do you mean
Conman They mean if you use any other Apple products like the MacBook, Air Pods or Apple Watch, don't do it because it will be a really hard switch.
Zariyan Mansoor oh I see
Imagine having it closed and plug it into Android Auto! I just want this phone right now. The idea on super thin phone than is the old design we love.
I was thinking the same thing I want it.
Apple: "for innovation only"
Motorola: hold my beer.
I think apple is for perfection not innovation..
@@_CasualGamer when has apple ever been "perfect"?
@@_CasualGamer then, why they say "innovation" instead "copy paste ... Sorry ... Perfection"
@@zenn003 no one is perfect. They try to be.
@@elnopodcast i just stated my opinion. Most of the features they introduce after 1 or so years of already appearing in other brands but only after perfecting those. Excluding some exceptions like their maps.
Can you put a flexible screen protector on it? Or would the bend in the screen stretch it and cause it to come off?
I absolutely love this phone. The cost is too much!!
How much?
@@lavyanshkeshorts2906 it's 1500 £
I worried about dirt getting in behind the screen where is folds.
this will inevitably happen, but they'll have a good warranty on the display. Foldable tech is still in its infancy.
It'll look disgusting within a year of use.
I would probably break it by then.
嘿嘿
@@ongobo23 hahaha same
It's not a perfect design but I'm glad they're at least innovating
But at least it's more practical than Galaxy fold and Mate X.
This isn’t innovation, but the Fold and Mate X are.
@@michaelhall9146 how???? What if Moto razer was in work before Galaxy fold?? And due to their less expertise they failed to release it alongside galaxy fold.
And all three follows a different approach when it comes to folding mechanism.
