HOW TO MAKE FONDANT RUFFLES TUTORIAL! EASY RUFFLES CAKE DECORATING!

I made this video for you all to see how easy fondant ruffles are.
I was making a ruffle cake and I thought why not show everyone how fondant ruffles are NOT so intimidating after all.
I made my first ruffle cake when my daughter asked for one for her birthday. I was terrified! Once I got the hang of it it was actually pretty easy just time consuming and the have now ended up becoming my most favorite decoration on cakes.
These ruffles can be created by any level of cake decorators.

I am living in tropical country.
It is really difficult to I covered my cake with fondant. Starts sweating and melting just after I done it.
Any advise on this thanks

Very nice, if l am making a cake using chocolate ganache, what do you recommend for sticking the fondant to the cake? Also, if I'm using lustre dust, should l put it on the fondant before l stick to cake or after? Thanks

That's great to hear. It will be beautiful. Just use a little water (only a little) and I would put the lustre on afterwards.
