Moving to Greenville in early Spring, but flying to check it out in October. I’m looking for best communities around the outskirts that is close to walking trails, rivers or lakes, parks, etc. Safe, conservative areas good for small family of 3. Id like to find new construction or newish houses with upgraded kitchen/bathrooms, with either mature trees or backing up to woods. Budget from $350-$400K max. Does this sound possible? If so… which areas should I focus on looking when I come in October? Thanks!
