Loved hearing all the great comments from your clients about both GVL and working with you. My house is finally on the MLS and as soon as it sells I am headed back home to the South. My top 3 areas on my relocation list are GLV greater area, South Carolina coastal area, and Baldwin County, Alabama ( Fairhope, Daphne, etc.).
