My friend got a situation just like the final sketch. He was throttling down by stairs with his playstation and some games in hands. Then a bad, Bad, really BAD step making him jump to front. He could grab the railing with a hand and use the other to catch the console but then it just slipped but he trapped it again with index and thumb but then the damn playstation slipped again. Clashed against stairs, bounced out trough railing and crashed against floor with plastic pieces all around. Games got bounced of theirs broken boxes. My friend just said "no problem, we have the Snes. Then he returned to his room, came with us with a Snes and take us to the living room ignoring the corpses of the playstation and discs around stairs. Two hours later, we make him remember about his playstation. All of us helping him to recover the debris. Fun miracle. The console was ok. Was needed using a screwdriver to disassemble and reassemble it again and some glue for the holes to attach the screws. Just the cover for CD and some corners were broken and got fixed with some glue. Same with a memory card. From all eight discs just two got scratches but even so both games worked ok. The broken boxes were easily replaced with a new ones. That playstation stills works but is inside a glass exhibitor with other consoles which my friend keep as collectibles. Phrase between friends: "be like Leo's playstation, broken bones with unbreakable spirit". One day I will compose a song about that, I swear.

Great video Joe. I was playing Burnout Revenge (360) recently and it holds up really well, and glad you highlighted the excellent sound design. Everything just thumps, makes boosting really satisfying!
Working the dreaded Sunday morning shift this week and waking up to a new Game Sack eases that pain. Going to come home today and play some Burnout Paradise in order to show my appreciation, hopefully I'll actually get the hang of it this time and stop pining for Burnout Revenge instead.
Burnout Paradise is awesome. I played hours on that game and finished every event. It was really fun learning the best routes to win a race. After all that I tried completing all of the trophies and in-game challenges. What a game!
Most of those I've never tried except Soul Caliber, and Pro Street. Of course Soul Caliber is Badass, but dude, ProStreet Kicks Ass. I can't believe u don't like it.
Very well done video. Loved how you covered all the notable games in each series in addition to the best and worse. I'm one of those that did not have a good impression of Burnout Paradise when it came out, but maybe I'll give it another chance now.
Dude.... I use Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune for ALL of my racing games but especially Midnight Club!!! My favorite song from Max 2 is "This is My Destiny."
Good to hear people talking about Virtua Fighter again! I haven't played the series since the 3TB port for the Dreamcast. It's a huge oversight that the only Virtua Fighter game on steam is the Mega Drive/Genesis version. A good port of VF2 or some of the newer games would be awesome.
I tried to main Link in SC2 but he had one incredibly infuriating mechanic - when you did the input to pull an item out of the backpack to use (i.e. a bomb) you had to push the same button to actually throw the item - pushing any other attack button would just cause Link to put away the item and pull out a different item. So many times I'd accidentally pull out an item due to a mistaken input and then I'm furiously mashing buttons to try to do anything, but Link is just standing there stupidly pulling items in and out of his bag. My friends and I jokingly called it 'getting stuck on the item screen'.
They should have put barriers up to close off roads when you start a race in Burnout Paradise. I hate how every game had to try to be open world in those days. Any racing game where you can get lost is a failure in my book. I also wish they would remaster Burnout Revenge nowadays, although I still play the original Xbox version and it's still great.
Pro Street will always be my no. 1 NFS game... I dont wanna waste time cruising thru the streets looking for a race, give me a checklist and a menu, I am good.
Ah, soul caliber 2 on the gamecube. That was the 1st game that i beat over and over again. Id just delete my file from my memory card and start over. Never got sick of that game back in the day. And being able to fight as link was the coolest thing ever.
What are some franchises you'd like me to talk about the best and the worst games?
Star Fox:
Best: Star Fox 2
Worst: Star Fox Zero
Metal Gear...the best of which is obviously Rising Revengance!
Soul Edge/Blade is my favourite! :P
Densha de Go!
King of Fighters
Fact: Joe Redifer's Sega Genesis has run more game code than any Genesis in existence.

Was expecting of a Halloween episode but it's just a regular Game Sack episode.
Yes. It will continue to get views after October 31st.
Hello from KY thanks for keeping content comming. Have you ever thought of covering the Amiga computer system?
They only cover consoles (they did cover the sharp x6800) but they did one on the Amiga CD32.
Very well done video. Loved how you covered all the notable games in each series in addition to the best and worse. I'm one of those that did not have a good impression of Burnout Paradise when it came out, but maybe I'll give it another chance now.
I ended up 100% agreeing with every single pick you made. You have good taste!
4:57 "The biggest challenge is staying awake long enough to even complete a single race" That was a total Dave joke
Dude.... I use Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune for ALL of my racing games but especially Midnight Club!!! My favorite song from Max 2 is "This is My Destiny."
Glad you were able to put that Soul Edge arcade board I sent you to good use.
Most Wanted was quite the 360 launch title.
Damn it, I don’t know if I should go to bed since it’s 2am. But hey, Game Sack uploaded
Thanks from Cologne Germany
I tried to main Link in SC2 but he had one incredibly infuriating mechanic - when you did the input to pull an item out of the backpack to use (i.e. a bomb) you had to push the same button to actually throw the item - pushing any other attack button would just cause Link to put away the item and pull out a different item. So many times I'd accidentally pull out an item due to a mistaken input and then I'm furiously mashing buttons to try to do anything, but Link is just standing there stupidly pulling items in and out of his bag. My friends and I jokingly called it 'getting stuck on the item screen'.
Soul Caliber 2 looked absolutely AMAZING with the S video monster cable on the OG Xbox and PS2.
But you could get it to display in 480p in all three platforms with component cables
@@g1nobleteamand 720p on Xbox
They should have put barriers up to close off roads when you start a race in Burnout Paradise. I hate how every game had to try to be open world in those days. Any racing game where you can get lost is a failure in my book. I also wish they would remaster Burnout Revenge nowadays, although I still play the original Xbox version and it's still great.
Don't be nervous!
God that game cracks me up.
Wonder what that old man is doing now, if he's still alive.
I was really hoping to find Burnout in this video and you did NOT disappoint!
Pro Street will always be my no. 1 NFS game... I dont wanna waste time cruising thru the streets looking for a race, give me a checklist and a menu, I am good.
All the racing games on the Nintendo Ds looks like clones of Cruisin’ 64...
If you play Pebble Beach Golf Links your childhood is long gone. Good list of games there, do Medal of Honor series.
Ah, soul caliber 2 on the gamecube. That was the 1st game that i beat over and over again. Id just delete my file from my memory card and start over. Never got sick of that game back in the day. And being able to fight as link was the coolest thing ever.
