A little set back but new line and fittings is on the way.
Just found your channel man, I will be following your EVO X build! I'm a new EVO X owner, just bought a 2014 MR edition white SST.
Thanks 🙏 and welcome to the #EVOGANG!!

Thanks and congrats on your purchase you won’t regret it. Loving the setup so far cannot wait to get it fully tuned and do wot. Stay tune.
Thats the way she goes brother. Keep at it and it'll be worth it!
Thanks 🙏, can’t wait to dial everything in and do wot.
I dont know if someone said but the oil feed bracket actually bolts to the valve cover in the top left corner
Should get a aluminum valve cover. That plastic is going to melt main!
Will do 🫡
Damn that turbo and heat shield is a very tight fit. I would be scared for it to catch on fire.
Definitely a tight fit but doesn’t make any contact so finger cross 😅.
Would you still recommend it? I have an ets kit I'm going to be installing and have been pondering the heat shield@@ykmedia3439
good to know about cutting the heat shield .
Yes, it would save a lot of time.
Nice build! I'm curious about your decision to keep the stock bypass valve.
Thanks 🙏, from my knowledge and research the stock bypass value is good up to 30psi of boost.
@@ykmedia3439 makes sense as long as it's not leaking. You have a nice build. A new shiny bov would finish it off :)
@@adamw2147 yes it’s not leaking so I’ll use it for now, will definitely get tial in the future.
wheres the battery i didnt see it in the engine bay am i blind or did u put it somewhere else if so where?
For Evo X battery is located in the trunk
God, everything looks so pretty when new huh lol. when are you getting that metal valve cover huh :P
Thanks, hopefully everything hold up over time. Will look into the metal valve cover, kinda hard to find one for a decent price.
@@ykmedia3439 you really don’t need it..I haven’t had any issues with my kit overheating anything and it’s been on for 2 years and valve cover is still in tact 👍🏽
@@ChristopherWB That’s good to hear 👂, maybe will get one just for look 👀.
@@ykmedia3439 or u can jus paint or powder coat your current cover..I did mine in white 😉😍
stock bottom end ?
Yes 💯 stock
@@ykmedia3439 watch out then, stock rods are weak, tune it with safety and limit the low down torque punch
@@bmwe-op4jx will do thanks for the advice.
