    Sir i m begginer in workouts with not so good physical strength,i m doing home workout of body wt excercise but unable to do exeffectivly as i get tired and feel extreem muscle soreness i have to take rest days in between two sessions of exercise,not able to do excercise daily in one stretch,i m trying to develop strength since last one month i have got some results too but i feel i m still not getting enough plz help can i do two or three small sessions of 10 mins in a day rather then one half hr session of excercise

    I only drink milk during breakfast and eat salad during lunch
    I eat 2 rotis + sabzi + 2 papads and 4 eggs white at night
    I only walk around 6k steps each day during weekdays and 25k steps during weekend
    I have completely stopped eating sweets
    I was 101kg at start of the year. Now i am 88KG
    I have lost 13 KGs in 8 weeks
    And i don't even do Gym.
    I don't know whether it's good or bad.
    My target is first reaching 70KG weight by end of May 31st and then working on gaining muscle and strength after that
    I don't know how realistic it is

      Your progress has been great so far but I think you are losing too much weight too quickly. You should gradually reduce the weight while implementing weight training too.

      It is not advised because it can disrupt your sleep.

    Me jitna fasting karlu ya diet karlu
    No results 😢

      Genetics, metabolism, etc...many factors dictate this. But don't lose hope, you'll have to work harder than them but it can definitely be done.
