One potential drawback of KL is its tendency to flag emails as spam if you don't exclusively target engaged segments. If you have a large email list, say 100k subscribers, and frequently change your email lists, KL may not be the best choice for you. This is because frequent list changes can negatively impact your domain reputation, leading to a decline in open rates. KL is better suited for integrated marketing campaigns rather than solely cold email marketing
oh for sure, Klaviyo is NOT a good choice for cold email at all! But neither is any ESP.

THanks Kasey, great video! would also like to know if its possible to migrate from Omnisend to Klaviyo at a later point without any data loss (email templates created, customer data, etc) ? If this is possible, then i can start with Omnisend with no hesitation.
when you transition, you WILL lose your templates, but you should be able to transition your lists & customer data. You'd need to check closely with both ESPs though just to be sure.

@@KaseyLuck Hmm? Tricky, but I'm going to go with Eastern Europe, or possibly a German speaking country, lol.
Certainly helpful. One other limitation in Omnisend is that the product recommendations are only personalized in the flows, not in the newsletters but maybe it is the same in Klaviyo? I haven't used Klaviyo in a while. One thing I like about Omnisend is the posting on my facebook page and the integration. The conversion rate that Klavyio offers is tempting though.
