@@julissalebron4934 thanks for the ping! so, for full disclosure, I've never used Privy for email in-depth. I've used their popup product, but it was also a long time ago. It's also been a while since I used MailChimp. However - if I were to choose between the two, I'd be more inclined to go with MailChimp because it's been around for longer and has a lot more email features.They also re-instated their direct integration with Shopify last year which is a great plus. Privy was initially built as a popup tool and they only built email offerings recently as an "add-on", so that makes me feel eeky to use them for email. If I were you, I'd play around with both and see if they have the specific features you're looking for.
