Not sure why you'd ever close the valve. Maybe if you were a funeral procession?

@Spencer Berke it's not loud enough? How much louder will it be with a x pipe?
Maybe not your cup of tea, but with the exhaust so close to the rear end, I would heat wrap the section that goes anywhere near it, to help keep the heat lower in that area.... Just a thought.... I've done it to my old 240 back in the late 90's early 2000's. Never had any problems after doing it. That exhaust is sick af!! I like it
Actually if you touch the door sensor and hold it the windows go back up
Should be able to hold the lock button for them to close. Works with my 08 E93 M3 with Comfort Access

I got the exhaust too. Although auto mode doesn’t currently work, there are plans in the future from VD.

All you needed to do is the OEM mod with test pipes and it’ll sound the best!

Man this thing would sound really good on my 21 Tlx type s but I'd have to use the universal muffler because they have no cat back for it yet. But it sounds viscous on your BMW

How is the cruising at 2k drone in the car with valves open and closed? I have a Macht Schnell Catless Mid Section w/ stock muffler now and it's a higher pitch and louder than stock for sure..but want something to be deeper and was looking at these before.
I assume the drone is non existent if the valves are closed.

I’ve been racking my brain trying to decide on a xpipe or test pipes to pair with my M Performance exhaust. I think the right answer is ditch the MPE and get this instead
Basically any luxury to sport car has the hold the unlock button for all the windows to go down 😂

if you cant afford this.. pick up a varex exhaust.. got one on my accord v6 6speed.. best set up i ever had
Don't wanna add but need to move the tail pipe brackets to the top so they ain't visable👌

No drone on this setup! Over the thousands of miles we have tested this system we have made sure of that

You can hold the lock button on the key and the windows go up and fold mirrors as well
That's with programming only
The windows will go down but not up. The mirrors have to be coded to world. Had to do that with my e90 m3.
@@TheBlazefrost All the people I know in the UK including my own E92 the windows go back up with the remote.
Did u do a resonator delete or what else did u do?

@2:35 buy "Carly for BMW" and you can have that coded super easy
If you hold the lock button down it should put the windows back up again 👍🏼 has done on past and current Bmw’s I own

@@erickromero010 some cars come with it from factory, others don't, mine didn't have it so I coded it and added a bunch of other stuff like the double flash blinker, auto door locking when reaching a certain speed etc...

They changed it, you can’t make them go up from the remote on the E chassis.

You can do the oem bypass, which sounds 100 times better and costs 200$ max.

You can also hold the lock button on your remote.It will close the Windows and sunroof
It actually will not on the e90/e92, only goes down. You have to touch and hold the door handle sensor for them to close.
@@bonlob23 On my E92 2006 once the car is locked you hold down the lock button on the remote and they go back up.
@@ivorproblem1332 did you buy it used because they deemed it as a safety issue so they took it off. My old 2006 e90 wouldnt do it. If you bought it used they might have coded that in before you got it.

Does anyone know the squeek sound at 15:31 when he takes off? I have the same noise on my e92m3 ive brought it to two garages and i have inspected driveshaft, changed exhaust hangers, rebuilt the differential and still have that noise

Stay away from SMG at all costs. I had an E46 M3 that had SMG and it worked fine (ish) for about a year and half, then the car sat for a few months because I bought an E90 M3. When I went to start up the E46 M3, the SMG pump went and to replace the pump it's about $5k-$6k. You can have the 6 speed swap done for cheaper.
Smg and smg II is way different than dct...there not even in the same league
