@@pikira2246 Alot of black people fuck with anime, especially attack on titan, so once black people started popping up, it was a plesant surprise, but when this question came up, it briefly made a lot of us expect the worse. Either a joke/mockery was about to be made, or potentially portraying an undesirable trait to one of the established/beloved characters that we cared and supported for years. This is turn would of changed our perception on the characters, the show and essentially the creator as a whole. But Onyankopon's response literally demolished all of that. It was so beautiful and amazing and he even tied his explanation to the plot of the series, giving it weight instead of it feeling random.
