@@MinuteWisdomAlso bro, Next generation is in great risk.
As now we have high speed internet porn we need to self control. But our previous generation had much less access to this porn.
The next generation will have to face the threat pf AI porn. It will be extremely customizable and free. Thats scary aint it?
This will make them more and more addicted than us.
Infact A.I porn has already started. There are many such websits.
We must make yt videos about this to spread awareness of the upcoming disasters

This is actually pretty dope. There's many that don't understand this topic at all and society wants to ignore it because it's a dirty little secret. Women deal with this too but more often than not ignore it and think it's no big deal. The truth of the matter is, you don't really know how bad a habit is until you try to stop it. Everyone should challenge friends and family you are cool enough with to stop doing certain habits for just 2 weeks and see what they tell you if they're honest. Nobody even wants to make this addiction a true addiction. If the act of gambling can be classified as an addiction, so can this. People keep acting like this isn't a thing and it's just a small thing but it's not. It has ruined marriages, jobs, families, homes and caused all kinds of mental health and internal issues to people.

This should be talked about more, it’s literally killing society and no one bats an eye.

    A quick tip:
Most of people who're trying to fight p*rn have trouble on the "DO NOT IDLE" part, everyone who tell it make it look like the only options of what u must do are healthy things like gym/fisical exercise ingeneral, reading, u know, those kind of stuff.
Don't get me wrong, those r really great things to do that not only help with the addiction, but also help with your personal development and mental health, but we all know that start this kind of tasks isn't easy and for some people are a whole other struggle besides the addition, and thats is one of the reasons that make a lot of us relapse.
But what no one say is that ANYTHING is valid to avoid staying idle, if u can go to gym, go out and meeting new people or whatever, GREAT FOR U AND KEEP THAT GOING! But as a struggle like everyone here, i can say that in the beginning i would never have the strength to do those things. But i realized that the main thing is to keep you brain busy, and it's easier when u do stuff that u like, for example, what helped me was games, most of people treat it like another addiction, but that was what kept me clean, after that i slowly regained interest for drawing, and in a chain motion i was slowly regaining intrest and pleasure and healthy things that porn made me quit and also gained interest in things that i normally never had, like gym and those stuff.
So as long as it makes u have fun, doesn't harm yourself and others and makes u stop thinking about horny stuff, everything counts.
That's all! Be careful out there, I do not want to see you go hollow.
    :)

There were so many moments during my process that id want to, but i kept reminding myself this is satan.. he knows the potential and he knows i grow closer to God when i beat him. In those moments of weakness my mind kept saying to itself, “if you give in right now, you say yes to satan, and completely shun your back to God, the God that will eternally only want the best for you. And after that thought was ingrained in my head, I would stop, because how could i turn my back on the one that has brought me so far and the one that has given me so much.. I really hope this helps. What got me through it was acknowledging the fact that everytime i would do the sin, it take me further away from God and closer to satan. Why would I wanna be close to satan. I almost lost so many times on this journey, but what kept me going is realizing in my moments of weakness, if im going to do this, im literaly say yes to satan, and no to God. Quite literally betraying God. The God the only wants the best for me and the God that has always given me everything i need in this world. How could i turn my back on him? How could i turn my back on jesus. God and satan both see your potential, but only one wants to see it come true, the other wants you to deteriorate and become broken and be at the bottom. I had a nearly 2 weeks streak of nofap but then relapsed and then relapsed and relapsed. I relapsed once in one day for three days straight and it felt like I'm never gonna get out from this addictness, that no matter what I do, I'll eventually comeback. I've lost my hope knowing that I'll start over again. The benefits I had when I hade those nearly 2 weeks of nofap felt like I've lost all of it and will need to start from the beginning again. This video motivates me and tells me that days of not doing it doesn't matter, what really matters is when you see your old self and the present where you do it less more. That it is impossible to think that you'll stop and will really stop without relapsing. We can't easily stop it because it's an addiction. No matter what addiction it is, it is hard to quit. That is why instead of counting streaks, you should see your improvements. Not by how less you do it but how you are now compared to your old prn addicted self. I've related so much especially on those dialogues...

You are getting my follow. Quit months ago and yet to repalse (never will by God's grace) and I have never seen a more accurate video of my situation ( introvert as well but go outside if invited). The tips you mentioned help a great deal from experience ( except the cold water one i love hot water) and for the meditation i read my Bible which was the final piece in overcoming it. As you mentioned in the video i wondered why i even did those things in the past and the last part where you showed the other troubles I realized that my porn addiction back then was as a result from stress from trying to run away from those problems. For anyone trying to quit it will be very diificult but if you actually follow what is in this vid though it may seem like a meme it actually works. Last tip please avoid anything that contain those triggers that cause urges. Have a good day everyone.
