yt ch The Keto pioneer has vids on sardine fasts
yt ch Dr Mindy pelz has a video titled "7 types of fast" (she recommends that you vary your fasting often so that you dont slowly your metabolism down just like Brenda's doctor was stating and also to continue weight loss) and a video on "refeed after a fast'. Dr Mindy pelz is a fasting expert and has written two books Fast like a girl and Menapause reset (which is about fasting)
also look up "rolling 72 hour fasting"...this is where you fast 72 hours (3 days) then refeed for a day then start another rolling 72 hour fast" then continue to repeat this for as long as you deem neccessary see yt ch A healthy alternative they have many vids on rolling 72 hours where people have lost 20, 30, 50 pounds in one month without loose skin.
