Your kitchen is amazing! I got all emotional...crying tears of joy. I know exactly how you feel. I struggle excepting gifts. I cry over how blessed i feel yet unworthy in some odd way. We are currently building our dream home & I cry every week when we go to see the progress. A long time coming to be met with loads of Covid delays. Slowly but surely. When you showed the clip of you crying after seeing the cabinets for the first time, I just thought of how Ivy will (most likely) remember that you loved your new kitchen so much that you cried... which is so awesome! I feel like I remember the times my mom cried (good and bad), even when I was so little. What a pivotal moment for your family!

The amount of excitement I have over this kitchen just shows me that I am truely an adult lol I just bought a Dyson and when I used it for the first time I jumped around my living room. How cool that we both were renovating our kitchens. Mine is still not done but at least the kitchen sink is connected. I was like you washing the dishes in the bathroom. I was about to choose the same backsplash as yours cause it was on clearence but my hubby decided on a glass one i also love. My kitchen was 48 yrs old and im so happy to finally have a new one as you. Cheers
