    Haven’t exercised in ages and not feeling well at all. Just needed 10 mins of calm. This really helped. Hope to do this and get to more advanced workouts very soon. Thank you for this

    Thank you Jessica we have a lot in common except that I’m older than you 61 years old and facing vicious menopause explosions only at night in my sleep. I had a radical hysterectomy at 37 because of endometriosis but never had the need of hormones and used to be very active with Pilates lately I’ve neglected my workout But you motivate me very much. Can you please share in RUclips menopause as well as perimenopausal please 🙏 wishing you good health and recovery from your last surgery ❤
