The fact he didn’t even include goku training for 100 years and he did made it this far really says something about why people should watch GT
except he clearly knows GT and just didn't include it which is the right choice.
TL;DR: There are so many factors that would come into play in 100 years that it can't really be used in a valid assessment of GT Goku's limits.
First of all 100 years of training with Shenron is too vague a concept to base any kind of scale on. Even more absurd are people saying because Goku supossedly absorbs the dragon balls that he'd be unstoppable.
We have ZERO concept of what absorbing the dragon Balls even means.
If we use power levels as a basis Shenron himself is stated to only be as powerful as his creator energy wise. The wishes he grants are more due to vague rule breaking magic than power and the use of that magic seems extremely limited.
After all the namekians made the dragon balls. If you could just use them as a power source to become unstoppable they would have done it.
This also isn't backed up by any other official source so the only reasonable conclusion to make is absorbing the dragon balls was more symbolic of the "achieving enlightenment" theme the final arc of GT played with. We can MAYBE argue that Goku can now grant wishes like Shenron or even grant his own wishes. But they'd probably be on the same recharge basis as Shenron ... probably.
We also have no concept of what kind of realm Shenron brought GT goku to. So there is no real way to estimate what happens during those 100 years besides jsut a general training estimate.
But the problem with that is if you ignore plot armor we can't say for sure Goku woudln't reach a limit and stop growing stronger. Or at least get diminishing returns from training. Especially since this version of Goku wouldn't have God Ki.
Perhaps most importantly ... it's extremely unfair to give GT goku 100 years of training based purely on guesswork and just leaving Super's Goku where the manga leaves him in the latest chapter. To be fair you'd need to give Super's GOku 100 years of theoretical training but then the match up is even harder to guess.

It’s crazy because I know for a fact goku WOULD be training his SSJ4 form as well. It’s only natural that he tries to master the form even more.
You didn’t consider Goku’s potential at all by the end of GT. You only discussed Goku’s power when he fought omega shenron. At least theorize Goku’s powers after a 100 year time skip of training (or however long the time skip is). If Goku trained for a hundred years we don’t know how powerful he would be by the end of GT.

I doubt the writers would limit Goku like that but point is we can't really give a decent frame of reference.
ALso ... giving GT GOku 100 years of training and just leaving Goku Timeline wise before the start of GT is extremely biased. You'd have to at least give Super GOku the same 100 years.
BUt then you are guessing both characters powers after 100 years with little reference so it's better to just stop where we can actually scale them to.
ONly exception would be if we have cononical information stating one would 100% grow faster than the other.

I would just like to see the series go back to the Saiyan transformations rather than these god ones. They are sweet and I love DBS. But I loved seeing ssj4. And I wish they would do something with the Saiyan power somewhat more like broly though where they tap into that true legendary power. That's what I believe would be the strongest Goku and Vegeta.
The god transformations are still super saiyan transformations. Its Gokus and vegitas interpretations on god ki. Its the same with Ultra instinct. Ultra instinct isnt supposed to be a form but goku made it one because he based it off super saiyan.
Interesting power scaling. However, it is plausible that GT goku in base could be a lot stronger than super goku in base, considering the time skip and various feats. I'd consider that for a comparison.

@@zaviongregory7490 you mean Saiyan beyond God? That's a thing that was introduced in the movies, but it hardly is considered canon anymore. A sort of hidden retcon. We thought that was the case with Resurrection of F, considering the nature of ssjblue: a normal super saiyan, but activated by a user with God ki in base, mixing the regular ssj form with absorbed god ki. Unfortunately, with super this was retconned as goku and vegeta can access regular ssj forms, ssj God and blue, thus demonstrating they can activate God ki at will, but it's not permanently absorbed.

That much is unironically accurate base GT Kakarot is at least as strong as he was in SSJ3 in DBZ he is able to tear rifts in dimensions much like super Buu or Gotanks

Also changed state goku can still transform so you have a base goku that can easily be scaled to outerversal that still has the option to power up further with ss4.

EoGT Goku fodderizes the verse. Without transforming Goku can destroy two if not three universes when he powered up against Cell and Frieza in hell he shook it and the check in station and King Yemma said he could destroy everything without getting serious. Even then before the Super 17 saga Goku blew up a dimension when he escaped Limbo. He’s done all of this without transformation, if he can do that then the G.O.Ds and their angels ain’t got jack to stack up against super saiyan 4.

Goku became a godlike immortal being at the end of GT. Consider this from a narrative viewpoint, at this point, end of GT Goku was made to be some kind of transcendantal being. He would obliterate any dbs character in a blink of an eye.

Dragonball GT scaling is just insane and I think people underestimate just how crazy it is, because it came out before Super. GT Goku after 100 years time skip is practically an immortal god. At the end of GT, while fighting Omega Shenrong, he took several negative energy blasts to the face and didn't even flinch. That's something he could barely do as SSJ4. There's a reason why some people call him Infinite Goku.

Gohan’s statement in Fighter Z is unfortunately very wrong because SSJ4 Gogeta cannot be more powerful than MUI Goku. Simple deduction: if SSJ4 Goku is equal to or less powerful than SSB Goku, the fusion of SSJ4 has to be less powerful or equal power to the fusion of SSB (Vegito Blue). Vegito Blue was barely able to beat Zamasu, and MUI Goku at the end of of the ToP would’ve absolutely stomped on Zamasu. Therefore, MUI is more powerful than Vegito Blue which is more powerful or equal in power to SSJ4 Gogeta. All this being said, I love Gogeta lol
Considering Super 17 Saga GT base Goku is universal+ since he shook heaven and hell. He would beat everyone in in Super using base or going as high as SSJ2 except for dealing with Beerus. If we are using 100 years Goku.

I looked it up to confirm it (since I didn't watch GT in a long time) and, yeah, he certainly did shake heaven and hell. iirc, he doesn't use Super Saiyan 4 in the Super 17 saga, and consider the fact that its strongly implied GT Goku is handicapped just because he's a kid, post-100 year timeskip Goku has to be...Yeowzer. Dare I say, he could probably mess up Jiren in Super Saiyan 4. Dunno about Broly or especially Cell Max.

Ss4 is a very stable form people knock transformations out of every form Goku and Vegeta have but ss4 is active while unconscious it's about as stable as mastered ssj in the cell arc. Their is only 3 people ssj4 Goku lost to in gt omega super 17 and a shadow dragon the dragon and super 17 used Goku's x10 Kamehameha against him the dragon hitting Goku with it and 17 absorbing it omega got blown up to pieces by ss4 Goku but he regenerated. Ss4 is a monster of a form it brings as much power as your body is capable of and has no drawbacks.

People really don't watch GT when talking about this, do they? Anyone who's bothered watching it (in Japanese) knows that GT Goku STOMPS the entirety of Super.
1) end of gt goku would have kept up with training, and based on gt goku fighting the "strongest dragon" (the one before nova shenron) in ssj2 then i believe a few days after fighting the "strongest dragon" (nova shenron) in base it means that gt gokus potential is cracked due to him getting 100x stronger in a few days, this is a higher potential then freiza objectivly
Realistically the 100 years timeskip Goku would stomp them all. Even end of Baby arc Goku would probably be able to come out on top. Mainly because Baby was able to effect a space that is stated to be boyond the concepts of space and time with his revenge death ball. This puts his AP at outerversal. GT Goku when he reached ssj4 was able to not only tank that same attack but absorb it.

3. You do need to be able to sense god ki to actually know how powerful someone with it is or at the bare minimum gauge their strength more accurately
4. Characters have made “this is the most powerful form or guy” statement multiple times so it’s very contradictory
5. Dbfz isn’t canon and has many contradictory statements that aren’t intended to be taken seriously

I disagree with Gohans statement for the following reasons:
1) Gohan shouldn't beable to sense Ultra Instinct Goku due to MUI being god level state, so he wouldnt know how strong he is exactly to compare.
2) Gohan made this statement with Gogeta present, even if Gohan is right this proves End of time skip Goku loses to Top MUI Goku and Jiren.
3) There are statements implying SSJ4 Goku is weaker than Z Vegito who is heavily implied to be weaker than SSJG Bog Goku. Further proof is the Broly novel which states that SSJG is in a different dimension of power in comparison to the other Super Saiyan forms.
Also feat wise Omega Shenron was stated to destroy the universe overtime not instantly like we saw with Beerus vs Goku.
So imo I see the end of GT Goku getting past Hit at most but falling to fused Zamasu, anything after that is overkill. SSJ4 is strong but feat wise SSJG is far superior

Base Kid Goku in GT was able to fight Rildo and he stated that his Ki is greater than Buu’s. SSJ4 Goku is way stronger than Base Kid Goku. Not to mention, GT villains only got stronger after Rildo. I don’t think Z Vegito can be considered stronger than SSJ4 Goku.

Buuhan was the strongest version of Buu, Base Vegito was literally in control of the entire battle. Super Vegito was to far gone for Buuhan, so regardless of this it even if you say Rildo is stronger than Buu it doesn't mean he is close to Z Vegito.

He's in the realm of the dragons and can grant wishes, on top of being infinite in power level.

Ssj4 is weaker than ssjb. If you look at the dragon ball wiki you will see that ssj4 is an 800x power boost. For ssjb it’s a math game. It’s says that ssjg is a 600x power boost and ssjb is the ssj form of ssjg. Ssj is a 50x power boost so 600x50 is 3000 so ssjb is a 3000x power boost. The reason why ssj4 was a match for ssjb was bc in gt they are constantly training and they are older so they have a higher base power than they do in super.
