One of the most fascinating characters in all of dragon ball is the attendant of Earth’s god, Mr. Popo. Its an understanding among the dragon ball fandom that Popo is at the top of the pecking order. According to him all the squares make a circle so lets piece together the squares surrounding Mr. Popo to uncover how strong he really is.

Pretty sure popo is forbidden from causing harm under any circumstances or maybe forbidden from killing, as soon as his enemy finds that out at best he is a glorified sensu bean dispenser at best and not even a distraction.
Btw I wanna ask if u can do a good ending for the future timeline in a what if for example “ what if future goku didn’t have the virus or “ what if future gohan went super saiyan 2”

Hypothesis: Popo received Whis' earliest teachings in Ultra Instinct. The teaching was either incomplete, or Popo simply could not master it as much as Whis wanted him to. As such, his own Ultra Instinct is incomplete, but still there.
Also, if Popo is a celestial being, then only Kami would have been able to sense the god ki he had. So that 1,030 power level is just what could be sensed by mortal means.

Who was incomplete was Goku... What Popo taught him is basically the core and essence of ultra instinct. Whis basically taught him the same but when he was already a better warrior but it was still described the exact same. Swap the teachers and have Popo be teaching it to a DBS Goku that is able to have better control after having to learn it and learning from achieving SSJG, and he would have still pulled off the move during ToP.
@@oKenshinHimuramore like an old plot reused, that is a very known aspect in martial arts and was added in the classic for that reason, on Super it was just reused to give a sense of progression, despite Goku being a complete martial artist by the end of Cell Saga

Has Mr popo and whis been on screen at the same time? Because we don't know what the super dragon ball creator looks like yet. We know a name, Zalama, could be Zalama Popo. What a twist if we get that in the future.
I'll tell you a fun curious data: Mr. Popo is dressed as a lamp genie, those in kids tales. The thing here is, that genies share attributes with protoss, one of them being a Cosmic being. The other is that Genies are experts at illusions and absorbing life essence.
Knowing this, and assuming Akira Toriyama is based in this particular data, would mean that Mr. Popo is akin to a primordial being, and those power levels are not the usual. It's like Zeno or Moro. Yes, Zeno has the power to basically obliterate multiverses, but he always have 2 bodyguards. That means that his overwelming power lies not in power level, but in other qualities. Mr. Popo enters this realm. Is not a Cosmic being like Zeno, but as showed in the video, he can absorb Ki/energy, and basically adapts to the power level of the opponent using energy. That fact alone could make him basically the best fighter, as he always is at a power level equal or a bit more than his opponent. But that's it. It's not as showy as destroying universes, and not as flashy as be an absolute being, but he is still a Cosmic being.
Assuming he has divine chi, his true power level against any mortal is slightly stronger than whatever theirs currently is (essentially). That's just kinda the nature of divine ki as it has been presented, if you don't have it yourself it's user is simply a vague amount stronger than you are.
Honestly his ability really is just to make the fight even then. Or it should be. One of my favorite mangas, is based on xian xia which is like Chinese mythology with cultivators and what not. But the main dude basically makes everything around him mortal, like a domain in jjk. So there’s like all these strong people with superpowers but then when they get close they have to fight the main character as a normal person and he just whoops them. 😂 I feel like this is what Mr. Popo is. “Make the fight fair.” And then he’s just got the perfect skills for a fair fight.

I personally feel Mr. Popo is bound by a similar law as Whis in that he can't interfere in the battles between Mortals and can only act as a guiding figure to train and attend to the Gods, and just like Whis, he can also help and train the mortals to one day take over Kami's God position, even if they don't take it up in the end, but that is the loophole both Mr. Popo and Whis use t be allowed to train other Mortals like Goku and Vegeta

My theorie is mr.popo is he can live forever as coming from the other world. Can literally do anything and his power is infinite. But the draw back that he has is, he can never attack but only defense, no matter whom. So for example if zenon went wild and threatening everything thats when he comes in and says "no no sit down"

Mr Popo's origin is he was once called Dumplin fighting in different time lines of DB with future Trunks.
What if... Popo's power level is related to the strongest fighter on earth? Specifically so he can train them. The stronger the fighters get, the strong Mr. Popo becomes so he can provide them a challenge.

Considering the gap in power from Whis to Beerus, and assuming that applies to Shin and Kibito, I power scale Popo down to about Raditz.
Hes stronger than Kami, who lost to DB Picollo, but the other attendents are only a few levels above their masters. In Popos case, he would have had the power to stop Raditz if he was aware of the threat to picollo (therefore Kami), but unable to do anything against Nappa, or else he would have stepped in to end the threat to Kamis life.
Kami may see them using the time chamber as a means to assist their will in saving themselves. Since they still want to be the ones to fight then thats okay by him. My theory

If you’re going to count anime filler as canon to boost Popo’s feats like him vs ssj goten and trunks and him creating the goku doll. Why state the video game feat as non canon instead of just saying it like that’s the only outlier?
Filler is still anime Canon, filler and something from a game are completely different. Filler is still part of the anime, it's not canon in overall sense but it's canon to the thing it comes from, while Video games are well... Video games, they aren't really part of anything.

At most he may have drawn some character designs for both. Is it because you’re using Super Logic where anything made from Akira’s bullet points can be considered their own canon no matter how they choose to fill in the blanks from point to point I.e Anime, manga, movies? Curious what you’re mindset is didn’t know there was a canon pecking order for Z lol if there is were do the movies and fully filler arcs like garlic Junior place?
@@MangaAdventures i actually am making a whole video abt what is and what isnt canon and I do take the filler as not canon, and my criteria in that video is the things that are similar are absolutely canon while the other stuff is canon to its own continuity. So anime filler canon to anime and manga filler canon to manga (there is some manga filler in super like champa being in BoG and he isnt in the anime or movie)
but to answer your question toriyama has a statement where he said "filler is part of the anime, so when discussing anime it's fine to use, same way you would use manga scans when discussing manga. Video games are stuff made for entertainment and would not apply to stuff like anime and manga."
