Long term is it best to be full Keto or follow the primal carb curve 100-150 carbs a day?
I eat less than 40 grams of carbs daily.
I can attest for this. Go slow, I went from carnivore and felt amazing for a week like I was high on drugs then I crashed with severe cramping and rapid heart rate, gal bladder blocked, popping pure undigested fat and blood for 2 weeks bed ridden i honestly thought I was near death....you have to let your body adapt. DO NOT RUSH INTO IT because you could be hospitalised, not because of the diet but because of underlying issues. You need to ease into it instead of triggering health issues previously acquired from a SAD diet , they will surface rapidly if you switch diets to quickly as your body will try to dump and repair everything as quickly as it can and you will be in for hell. Go steady

May I add one very important step to this list! MEDITATION ! 15 minutes of mindfulness and breath awareness twice a day will give you faster results!
I would recommend eventually stepping this up to 30-45 minute sessions

One question I had for a long time.. if keto is about burning body fat.. why do we have supplement with more external fat?
You technically don't. You can just water fast. Having high dietary fat just makes it easier for most people to regulate food cravings.
Additionally, most modern food available (by volume) is largely carbs, unlike how things would have been in hunter gatherer times, so, adding fat makes it easier to hit macro ratios when feeding.
If you're eating low fat, you're consequently eating high carb/protein, which raises your insulin levels and makes it harder if not impossible for your body to access your fat storage (and suppresses ghrelin)
