And yes, the songs I'd hit first would be: The Tale of Jenny & Screech (all three songs at once is usually how it's done - can't really be separated), Money Game 1, 2, & 3 (they can run separately - 3 is unbelievable), Sick Boi, Chalk Outlines, etc etc. But yeah, definitely you'll be found by us obsessive compulsives that can't get enough of people reacting to his music.

Sick Boi would be good . Ren has over 200 videos on his page! He also had a band called The Big Push and an early band from when he was 18-19 calked Trick the Fox. Each had a YTChennel. Ren also has a 2nd channel called RenMakesStuff on which he has recently posted 8 video Chapters documenting his 8 year nightmare trying to get diagnosis and treatment if Lyme disease and resulting psychosis.
He is very talented, self taught and will not be confined by ant genre. Renegades will be here for your journey. Ren speaks for the chronically ill.

I'm 73 and I have never seen so much talent in an artist ever. Just the diversity of his musical abilities is insane. No one mentioned that Ren also had a band...The big push. That shows even more of his musical diversity. He's going down in the history books of artists as one of the greats. Enjoy the ride. Peace ✌️

I’m 72 and ditto Keven’s comment. I am so happy for his musicality, originality, and having something of substance to say.
Ren isn't schizaphrenic. He isn't bi-polar. He hasn't got split personality disorder and he'' never had any of those conditions. He does suffer from the effects of 2 chronic illnesses, severe autoimmunity, ptsd, adhd and chronic depression. At his worst he was pretty much bedridden, for 7 years! Although a correct diagnosis and 2 stem cell implants have improved his condition, he remains seriously ill.
He remains in constant pain, tire really easily, has to have almost the exact same meal, every single mealtime, as his autoimmunity has made him highly allergic to virtually all food. He still has days where he's incapable of doing anything.
Ren himself has said that the song's about the human condition generally, not about chronic or mental illness. Both are referenced as he telling it through the prism of his own experience. Lot's of other things are referenced, or come up too, most notably his music, religious imagery and humour, largely at his own expense. However it's not about any of those things, specifically, either.
It's about the human condition generally and how we all face darkness or negativity, both internally and externally. The dark is an intrinsic part of life, existence and ourselves. You can no more banish it, than you can banish death. Dealing with the dark also brings unexpected benefits and helps to shape who we are. Once this simple, if unpalatable truth, that the dark is intrinsic to life, life actually becomes a little easier and the dark somewhat easier to mitigate.
As for whether Ren's a rapper or a singer... He's both and is incredible at both too. He also produces his own music, directs most of his own videos, with many, like Hi Ren, recorded live, in a single take! His songwriting is world-class, especially his lyricism! He's a poet really and a bloody good poet at that! His performance skills are first-class too and his stage presence is palpable. Oh and he plays about a dozen instruments well. Half of them RIDICULOUSLY well! All self-taught! He does EVERY genre and doesn't miss, no matter the genre! Ren's a unique artist. A musical genius! A once in a generation talent! :)
tl/dr - Ren's great! Ren's music is great! Definitely react to more Ren! You won't be disappointed. You WILL be surprised... constantly! :)

You sound like a fan of RENs, but, you need to reread you comment. There are things you got wrong in explaining ren and his sickness. There are videos that ren talks about everything. Maybe you and everyone else should watch those. I’ve seen most of those. Yes, Ren says some thinks in his old music videos, but he does go in to greater detail in interviews with reactors, which lead to him coming out with the 8 videos that explains everything that he has been through. Then he came out with the video…troubles.

After discovering Ren, for 6 months i was obsessed with Ren reactions. I have since learned the lady that broke down my bedroom door is my wife. She insisted i shower before meeting my 3 kids. It's all slowly coming back to me. Be careful what you wish for.

Check out Ren's song Dominoes, it's about 4-5 years old, and it doesn't get nearly enough attention. I believe that it is one of his most important songs.
I love that song so much, I mean I love all of his songs so much, but Dominoes frequently sticks in my head and I will make sure my two, and any future, grandchildren hear it while they are growing up. Such an important message!

60 yr old "rocker chick" who grew up with the best of the best in music of all genres! I found Ren Hi Ren a year ago. I watch EVERY reaction I come across... Literally hundreds! I then go on to follow their Ren journey. I'm known as a RENegade and more like me will soon follow. 😊

Ren is a deep rabbit hole worth going down. I discovered him about 8 months ago and can't get enough of watching reactions to his content. Including is prior band The Big Push. All amazing talents. Check out Ren's 'Jenny and Screech' (the full trilogy of songs together). Then all the rest :) ! Note, Ren does NOT copy-protect anything....he is full on board with sharing his content. You may want to check out his various interviews (one really good one with The Charismatic Voice (Elizabeth Zharoff).
i have been really enjoying experiencing all of Ren's work as well as his collaborations and getting to know the people he works with as well as their solo work! it has been awesome! looking forward to this Thursday as well as the other drop of his revamping of Sick Boi! his tenacity and strength comes through in his body of work so powerfully!

As for what to react to next. Just pluck one up and Renegades will fly in to watch you. Go as far back as him at 19-20 yrs old in the band "Trick the Fox". Forward into his busking on the streets of Brighton while in the band "The Big Push". Do all the collabs he has done from his early years his recent years. Gorran Kendal, and Romain Axisa from The Big Push will draw us in as well. Each is a gifted musician in their own rights. Chinchilla is another we tend to adore.
I fell into the Ren rabbit hole well over a year ago and still have not gotten to the end of his catalog.

Ren wants people to react to his videos. Their viral reach is how he got the album of the year in the UK without touring or promoting the album through the media. Ren is a complete artist, with his writing, singing, rapping, playing multiple instruments, set design, etc. Sick Boi is a great sequel/companion piece for Hi Ren, more along the lines of pure rap.

Sorry if someone already posted this, if you want to find out more of his illness (mis-diagnosed for years before finally getting the lyme diagnosis) look at the Chapters he put together (spoken, with a song at the end of each chapter) on his RenMakesStuff. They are extremely powerful and really show the type of human being he his - capping it all off with his Troubles song. I highly recommend them.

Obviously, I have ones I like better than others, but I've NEVER been disappointed by him... in fact, somehow, #Ren always finds a way to impress me more & more each time I hear a song, interview, etc... Ren is a talented poet/bard who creates music & content that can help heal our broken world, along with the broken people in it. 🌎💗!!!

I am still watching your reaction, He is a lyrical genius and has a tragic story. I post this small explanation should give you a little incite. A lot of his music deals with his past illness. He is very very intelligent and pretty much a regular bloke in his vernacular.. LOL
Ren has been through some nasty shit, I copied this and post it on new reactors messages. He was bitten by a tick when he was 16 or 17 He got really sick from it and went to doctors and they could not figure what was wrong with him. When he had joint pain, muscle spasms, skin rashes, boils, internal organs started shutting down, And Doctors had no idea what was going on. He was loosing weight and had constant fatigue could not even stand to shower.. Doctors started sending him to psychological evaluations, They told him his mind was making him sick ! And started treating him for that with some heavy pharmaceuticals. And all that shit really fucked with his mind, He started believing he was crazy. And this went on for 8 fucking years !! 8 YEARS !! He pursued his own symptoms and lead to a Doctor that gave test for Lyme disease. Where he lived it was very rear to ever contract Lyme disease so he was never tested. When he went in described his symptoms the Doctor knew what he had. Ran the DNA test and found it in his system. However it has been in there for 8 years and has done a lot of damage to his body. He can only eat like 6 things his bones still hurt and the autoimmunity may never be healed.
He had to go into surgery to remove tissue to generate stem cells grown outside his body then under go treatment taking the stem cells to help with the autoimmunity and help heal his deterioration of muscle, and a very aggressive antibiotics regiment to cure the Lyme disease chromosome. That was in LA then he went to Calgary and under going treatment on the damage the Lyme left.. He is still there until June. Welcome to Ren he is a talent I have never seen. And I have seen a LOT !! He has 209 songs on u tube no joke I pretty much like them all new and old !!

Wow this was such great information! Many people have given me a run down of what he has and is still going through but not in such great detail I really appreciate it! I am so sorry to hear all of this and the medical industry, even though I work for them, can be a bit mess that people fall through the cracks it’s so terrible! I sign into work everyday in customer service for the hospital hoping to be able to help SOMEONE that day and just get through it all and every once in a while I know I have but sometimes that person leaves your line and you have no idea how they faired after you send a message to their doctor with a request. I hope he can continue to get stronger 🙏🏻🥹
