I am doing my ICU rotation, I found your video very helpful. Thank you such much for taking your time to make this great video. Appreciate it so much. I am struggling writing pulmonary consult note, our intensivists are pulomonologist and they see patients on the floor for consult. My preceptor asks me to see consult. I am struggling to narrow down information, because most of the patients come with multiple issues. It would be great if you can give me some tips about writing consult note. :D I love watching videos, learned so much, sharing with friends :D thank you again Bree
Oh those are tough. Broad topic also to fit under one problem list. Pulm crit docs often see consults for nodules/masses, ILD, effusions, empyema and evening just run of the mill pneumonia for a hospitalist ... so many topics. Do you have anything specific?
Awful! This “wrooooong” is so 14 yo school girl. Plus, giving lazy nurses way too much credit. So many nurses have NO idea what is going with patients while claiming they are “busy.”
Thank you!
You're welcome!
