Hi Bree, I just came on here to say I am so grateful for your videos. Almost three years ago, I came across your channel and you helped me decide to pursue the acute care NP route. Now, I am three weeks from officially graduating from my AGACNP program. You are such a wealth of information and an inspiration! Thank you for all you do!

You are awesome Bree. Thanks for creating another great video. Currently doing my ICU rotation and was struggling with writing notes. Thanks :)

Awe thanks so much! I really appreciate your support!! Notes do suck - but like everything else you’ll get better with time.

I really love your videos. Like everyone else I struggle with notes. In the facility I’m in the notes are problem or system based and very extensive 🥴

Mine too. Stand by quality work. It’s time consuming but you’ll get faster. Then you’ll be known and often thanked for the quality you provide. Thanks so much for the kind words and support!

I use epic at my work too - that single sheet you print - is that called the handoff? I’ve never used that before. You use the same sheet multiple days?

Yes, it’s called a handoff. Not all epic builds have the capability. It depends on if your system purchased it. I think it is part of certain “packages” but I don’t really know that side of things. When I go to my patient list and select print I have options for current list, pt report, and handoff. Handoff is the most detailed with one patient per sheet, includes meds, vent settings, labs.
