Great refresher video! Nice to know I'm already doing the exercises that will tighten my batwings. Love these two crazy guys - and I trust their advice which is the most important thing.
Guys, I surely do not care about the audio. All I care is about the great information!!! And why skip a second, they are soooo FUNNNYYYY!!! Our problem is we keep making up excuses like this that we do not advance or get better. THANK YOUUUU SO MUCH! I WILL PUT THIS TO PRACTICE TODAY!!! Howdy from Houston, TX. 06.23.2020
Sheryl Crow has great arms and she's 57! She said it's from holding up a guitar every night for 2 hours plus the rowing machine in the morning but I like using the bands!
Love these two guys. They have saved me from so much uncertainty about some previous injuries. They just explained it and said: hey, in a lot of cases you the patient can change it. I have a lot of discipline in this and that is the only thing that has saved me from not being able to work. I have trained my arms and see a lot more definition in my biceps but the famous batwings I have never been able to beat. Will have to remember these two exercise, lol.
Thank you I workout heavy three days a week. Age 65 and I was using the incorrect lifting technique to tone my underarms. Will definitely adjust the technique!
Really enjoying these videos guys! The info is helping me a lot! The laughs don't hurt either. You're like the Car Talk Click & Clack Tappet Bros of Physical Therapy! Keep at it (and I will too!)!! 😊
thank you thank you, I hope it gets better, I need to get back to boxing, they are given me class 4 laser treatment and something else hopefully. Thanks
Oh my gosh I'm shocked and happy to see you have this video because YOU GUYS OF ALL PEOPLE could help me with my query!!* I am 52 and have the beginnings of batwings now (and a hint of crepiness beginning in the front of armpits like between arm and tank top or bra strap) BUT I also have (and the atrophying is part of the reason) two small rotator cuff tears in my left shoulder and resonating into arm, which is increasingly hurting more than it used to. The tears make it so it hurts TERRIBLY to reach to my back when arms are downward if that makes sense. Technically progressive tendinosis of the supraspinatus tendon with internal development of small focal undersurface tear; and internal development of a nonretracted insertional tear of the infraspinatud tendon; and probable anterior labral tear. *THE QUESTION!: can you please recommend - in another video cause I'm sure I'm not the only one whose arm or arms have become flabbier due to rotator cuff issues - exercises for said flab, but particularly for those who have this issue of tears in these locations? My doc said these tears and their particular locations are common. I bought your stick and resistance bands if that helps but I'll try whatever!! Thank you so very much!
Yeah, this great older video of theirs was in my recommended stuff. They should do an update! It's still really useful, though. Kinda cool to see the early Bob & Brad. They were funny then, too!
People seem to have very short memories. Back in 2014, this was considered the best audio. How far we have come. Yet people still bitch and moan about free content.
What kind of a Chiropractor, when the patient says “oh, this clicks”, ha says “Yeah, and it’s only gonna get worse”? I love these guys!!! More power to ya - but then everything is downhill after that.😂🤣😂🤣
It's called "the Aloha" because you're waving "hello" and "goodbye" at the same time! 🤣😂🤣😂 As someone who has broken her foot with a weight, I'm definitely investing in some resistance bands... 😲
Can u help me I had 16 lymph nodes removed from arm breast cancer remission my arms are so flabby Any exercise to help the flabbiness when you have lymphedema and loss of lymph nodes
I am having pain starting from the neck radiating to both the hands. Left hand pain is more severe radiating till my fingers and palm. I have a sharp pain in my armpit as well in my left .Can you please suggest me a solution
Good advice, but you cannot get rid of those "wings". In an older person it's the loss of collagen and only cosmetic surgery can correct it. Even Jane Fonda let her "wings" be revealed in an episode of Frankie and Grace. If she could exercise her way to "wingless", she would have. She could also have that much more cosmetic surgery; I wonder why she did not, given the amount of other "work" she has had done.
I imagine the scars left from “wing” removal would be very noticeable. Sad that it’s actually more socially acceptable to have fat arms than have arm flab. 😕
@@DebraRN1195 that is so true. I've noticed that women with larger but firm arms have no problem revealing there arms in public. But I wear sleeves to the elbow in a heatwave rather than expose my wings. Maybe it's more about confidence.
The video just mentions diet once around 0:33, and notes that modifying it is the only way to get rid of flab (other than surgery). While all the exercises in the video are no doubt good for toning muscles, they won't "get rid of arm flab" as the title implies. I smell a little click bait.
Except you cannot spot reduce fat. If they are trying to build muscle mass in place of that fat mass, that’s okay to do isolation movements. But one cannot spot reduce fat, and there is no such thing as toning without losing total body fat mass around the entire body.
barb lee Yes, I am studying that right now, along with Exercise Science. I have seen Bob and Brad give other information on diets and what not, which is not what they can professionally give advice on. Only a Registered Dietician should be giving advice on nutrition. Also, if you were to look into the topic of spot toning a muscle, it is all a myth. A muscle does not get any more toned unless you grow it and then lose body fat to give the illusion of tone.
Im no body builder but i used your tactics and within four days i saw a difference in my arm flab ...you guys are good
Fr????

Thanks for the great advice. I really wish you would do a remake of this video with better sound quality.
Love these two guys. They have saved me from so much uncertainty about some previous injuries. They just explained it and said: hey, in a lot of cases you the patient can change it. I have a lot of discipline in this and that is the only thing that has saved me from not being able to work.

Which of your colored resistance bands (for door or wall anchors) would be best color to use?
It depends on your tolerance, start light and work up. The Bob and Brad Team
Brad: "ooh, good triceps". Bob: "Yeah, been doing my dips". So.... what about dips?
They did a more recent video on exercises NOT to do and dips was one of those. 🤷🏻♀️
Thanks for this video! I need this!
Sound quality is terrible, video is well done
Any advice if you have bursitis in your elbow?? Maybe these exercises are good for it? Or will they exacerbate it?

Pinch the flab above the arm which tightens and eliminates the flab hanging under the arm. Or hold the arms horizontally so flab can't hang. 😀
im 72 going on 73 thinks for the tip

I'm a boxer and i have killer arms
