Would you like to be professionally stretched? Notes about this video: 1. There are Stretch Labs centres in the USA and UK. 2. I expect a Thai Massage to have similar benefits. It’s a treatment I would like to make a video about! 3. This would be a fantastic alternative to a standard massage if you’re not into being stroked and rubbed and all that jazz - although I love that too! And also if you just don’t want to spend 50 minutes stretching yourself, then just go and pay someone else to stretch you. 4. Since learning the splits 12 months ago, (ruclips.net/video/RA6J9MrIuQk/видео.html) I continue to practice every weekday - hence my flexibility. It doesn't come easy, and I often don't want to do it but also I don't want to lose the flexibility. 10 minutes every day...... 5. Some of the things I try may look gimmicky (or maybe they don’t?). My main message is to encourage people to take time for themselves to take care of their body and mind. That may mean paying to go somewhere and do something special or unusual, or it may mean sitting in front of the TV for 10 minutes to do some meditation or stretching. I hope this message comes across. 6. I really loved this treatment! Dee was fantastic. What a skill she has 🙌🏼
Oh man, I need this so bad! I had no idea this type of thing existed. That stretch where the therapist pulled your arms back and had their feet against your back - I could almost feel that myself!!! Must have been heavenly.

I’m an old national team gymnast, I’ve also always been very flexible throughout my life. Injuries have been a part of life, but a couple of year ago I watched a video from this Finnish runner/youtuber, where he talks about not stretching before his runs, I tried this and have had zero sport related injuries since. Sure it feels good to be flexible and all, but p e in schools are using old relics of exercises from Soviet era. It seems.
I'm convince that stretching is one of those things that are literally addicting - like something changes in the brain that makes you want it again and again.
I have a question. Sorry if its already been asked. Did you feel any soreness over the next few days? What were the after effects over the next week? Love your vids!
seems like all that stretches reseased some emotions, maybe psoas let go so you had that emotional reaction - no need to be embarrassed. I would suggest for you to try TRE - trauma releasing exercises. (if you are ok mentally meaning not working n trauma which we obviously do not know, not having panic attacks or ptsd symptoms). TRE can be just a very very interesting way to "exercise" on a deeper, emotional level where you get to see your body's reaction. Nothing too crazy and you can stop it anytime.
I'm possibly the least flexible person ever. Much like the cold therapy video you did, I'd be nervous to try this, but I bet it would be extremely helpful. Maybe I missed it, but how long did the session last?
Laura loving these vids! this stretching sesh is definitely my cup of tea! would you know if i could still do this with a shoulder sports injury? i know it would probably recommended to wait until it heals but its a sports over use injury, so like a tenonitis which can be chronic, so i wont recover fully for 1-2 years. id still love to try this, i guess i could ask for my left shoulder not to be involved?
Just booked a session. I would like to be able to have Thai massages but they seemed to go from 0 to 100.. so this would be a good way to work up to it.
This is actually a lot like being at physiotherapy when you have cerebral palsy and need to stretch and loosen up the muscles. Only it’s quite painful and not like a massage at all 😅. But a lot of the same excercises.
This was suggested to me by my friend Angus. Other stuff I see on there, but the videos sometime give me the information I want so I go and do it myself.
We have a Stretch Lab in my town and I would love to try but I am SO afraid because I have bulging L4/L5 discs and other sacroiliac issues. I'm afraid that someone would not get my issues and do something that would put me in the hospital. I did a stellar step workout once that sent me to the hospital for 3 days on morphine pushes. Would you suggest this for people with complex issues?

Injuries have been a part of life, but a couple of year ago I watched a video from this Finnish runner/youtuber, where he talks about not stretching before his runs, I tried this and have had zero sport related injuries since. Sure it feels good to be flexible and all, but p e in schools are using old relics of exercises from Soviet era. It seems.
Ps. I once got injured in one of these stretch clinics, although it was in Singapore.
If I was well off, I would 100% pay for someone to do my stretch session. Would really allow me to relax the muscles being stretched.
Great idea.
I'm convince that stretching is one of those things that are literally addicting - like something changes in the brain that makes you want it again and again.
I think I read somewhere that stretching releases endorphins, so maybe that's what it is?
I get a similar stretch treatment every week because of a condition I have, Id be lost without it. I would recommend to anyone of any ability
I like them socks you were wearing in this video, there nice 🧦
OMG I just saw that you put a link to a stretch lab in the US.
YES! Definitely! Thank you 🙏✨💜✨
I was at dr stretch in Tokyo. ❤❤❤❤ they should be everywhere worldwide❤❤❤❤❤
I'm possibly the least flexible person ever. Much like the cold therapy video you did, I'd be nervous to try this, but I bet it would be extremely helpful. Maybe I missed it, but how long did the session last?
Oh, you just mentioned 50 minutes :) I might have to see if there's a stretch center around here.
Omg I need this! My mobility is stiffening up as I get older.
This is actually a lot like being at physiotherapy when you have cerebral palsy and need to stretch and loosen up the muscles.
Only it’s quite painful and not like a massage at all 😅. But a lot of the same excercises.
Jesus christ! Happy that you survived 😉
Cheers from Lisbon 🇵🇹
As soon as I get back to Blighty, I will be getting stretched! Another great video LT! 😊
That looks delightful!
It was so relaxing to watch it
Beautiful gorgeous stunning model
Flipping heck, that thumbnail, how did you get your leg up like that Laura? 😂
Oh my. I need this. Don't know where to get it in my country though.
I wish it would be offered in my country. at least my massage therapist does some stretches as well
How do you find this stuff LT? It looks brilliant!
This was suggested to me by my friend Angus. Other stuff I see on there, but the videos sometime give me the information I want so I go and do it myself.
How much does it cost for a full massage and stretch
We have a Stretch Lab in my town and I would love to try but I am SO afraid because I have bulging L4/L5 discs and other sacroiliac issues. I'm afraid that someone would not get my issues and do something that would put me in the hospital. I did a stellar step workout once that sent me to the hospital for 3 days on morphine pushes. Would you suggest this for people with complex issues?
This what I need. Glad to of found this vid!
i passed stretch lab today. guess this is my answer ❤
That looks amazing
does she have a RUclips channel??
I love the comment “A lazy persons stretch session”. 😂
