    Assisted stretching has helped my overall body. Its something i enjoy partaking in once per week

    Assisted stretching is 100 percent effective but quite expensive per session. See if you can get with clubs who offer a membership.

      @@DonnaAgrinsonis idk if u got an answer but I use stretch labs on California and I have about a reoccurring $500 monthly paymy for 4 sessions a month

    Yes as an everyday 9-5 person, i would enjoy this assisted stretching 😅 I'd treat it as a splurge

      It’s safer to assume the camera flipped the image so it actually is her right hip rather than her consistently saying it wrong.

    And you need a goniometer if you're going to call out degrees, no need to eyeball it, using a goni is easy

    Wen you know about therapy and and you see she are taking measurements without a "geniometer" in any case it is an approximate impossible to say exactly without the appropriate instrument .

    Can't take a wellness practitioner seriously who is not even taking responsibility for their own health to the extreme extent they willfully over long tine choose unhealthy life choices to the point of obesity
