When resisting is part of the stretching, it is called PIR, Post Isometric Relaxation Stretch. It is different from PNF where the giver does all the stretching while the receiver does nothing.

I wouldn’t stretch the pecs out like that. M/c dislocation is the body is anterior GH jt. Better to do it supine one arm at a time, can even pin the muscle down as you stretch it out.

Well done. I took Bob McAtees class in 1995 and not many can explain it. It use to be a push with 10-20% force but he changed it in the 2nd edition.
