what is he saying in 2:31. I got confused at stretching part. After the leg reached to the top how much seconds do i need to wait for stretch? and how much reps?

Sorry doc, this is not pnf pattern but ok and there is no isotonic contraction in pnf contract-relax.
There's actually an isotonic stretch you can search on other sites or refer to book in Hold relax we use isometric contraction meanwhile isotonic stretch is use in contract relax.
@@purpleheart5837 You can use it what ever you want but its not PNF pattern and contract-relax is not done that way!!!
