    Sir if the adductors and internal rotators are tight , we should give isometric resistance to abductors and external rotators to stretch adductors and internal rotators? Opposite action we will do no to stretch the muscle?
    Please clear this confusion

      To increase proprioceptive awareness for the target muscle and to improve motor control.
      In this way the patient will not complain of the loss of improvements in the subsequent visits.

    • @PhysioClassroom
      @PhysioClassroom  3 года назад

      Hello,
      Along with MET also try techniques described in the frozen shoulder playlist.
      MET protocol does not says that it can't be given daily.
      Continue the technique only if it is delivering good results

Does these PNF techniques causes pain , please explain or drop your contact number so that I could reach you over telephone.thank you

    • @PhysioClassroom
      @PhysioClassroom  5 лет назад +2

      Hello,
      PNF techniques should not produce that much pain.
      The pain can be experienced if we try to improve fast and apply more force.
      The technique of applied correctly will not be that painful.
      Auntyji might be experiencing pain due to breaking of adhesions in peri articular structures.
      Do let me know what exactly is the treatment being taken for to help you better.

      Suggest you see a doctor, to rule out something more serious like a tumor. My friend had piles and pain with bowel movements, for months she treated hemorrhoids when in fact she had anal cancerl. Get it checked to be sure!
